Time's Up :For the Elizabeth New Jersey Police Department

After a dozen years of being told "I'm gonna blow your brains out tonight," a police officer's wife from Elizabeth, New Jersey has had enough. She has stood by and watched over the years as fellow officers did nothing to help her. Not once was a photo taken of an injury. Officers refused to take a report and arrest her officer husband after a violent rape. All in the name of the "brotherhood of the badge." The officers wife has been laughed at by responding officers, ignorned when she calls for help and at time's actually threatened "if you know whats good for you--you will just drop the charges."

Earlier today the officers wife filed for a divorce, "I refuse to live this way anymore,"she said to me. Her officer husband should have been served papers today and plans are in place for the officers wife to be out of the home. But that is not enough. Because fellow officers have aided the cowardly officer it may fuel him to create a situation where he feels invincible and is able to commit and get away with murder as we have seen in too many cases.

For this officers wife, up until now, she was being tortured in silence. Is there a chance she could be killed? My answer is yes.

I am doing everything in my power so that does not happen. There is a dangerous predator with a gun and a badge looking for his wife likely at this very moment and he must be stopped. For more on this breaking story go to "Murder in Progress: Elizabeth New Jersey"

A Community Fails "Zahra Claire Baker"

The name “Zahra” is Arabic and it’s translation a "blooming flower."

What a wonderful way to remember a young girl who is making national headlines not for her beautiful name, but for her brief and painful life as authorities in North Carolina work to locate her remains.

Zahra Clare Baker was diagnosed with bone cancer five years ago. Doctors in Australia amputated her leg and, according to reports from her birthplace, she adjusted well to the treatments and her new prosthetic leg. The chemo also caused Zahra to lose her hearing, and in a photo on the Internet we see this bright flower during a fitting for hearing aids. In 2007, her father took his daughter away from excellent medical care, family and friends in Australia to the United States, only to marry a violent dangerous older woman that makes Cinderella‘s step mother look like a saint.

I question those in the community who are now coming forward and making statements on how they witnessed psycho step-parent beat Zahra? Or talk about the bruises to her face, neck and body? At ten years of age Zahra was battling cancer and neighbors stood by and watched, time and time again, this child being beaten. Neighbors could often hear Zahra screaming from inside the home.

Now, these same folks are applying lipstick or taking the time to grab a clean shirt for the camera crews covering this senseless tragedy. My response is W.T.F.!

I suggest those now coming forward about witnessing Zahra being hurt-if they have children of their own, DSS should remove those kids from the home until it can be determined that their environment is safe. I question the sanity of those who stood by in silence now talking up a storm and pointing fingers after the fact.

We cannot bring Zahra Claire Baker back. But we can be accountable to the children in this county, the thousands of other precious and blooming flowers who have a right to live their lives without being tortured and terrorized into deadly silence.

The Roth Show "Corruption and Cover-Up in Oklahoma" Wednesday, October 27, 2010

Coverage on cases in Oklahoma continue's this evening at 6:00 PM central standard time on The Roth Show with syndicated talk show host Dr. Laurie Roth, Susan Murphy Milano and the Director of Northeast Intelligence Network, Doug Hagmann on Wednesday, October 27 at 4pm- Pacific time, 6pm Central and 7pm Eastern time. To listen live or to the archives of the show, tune in at www.therothshow.com

This time the focus is on cases where the medical exaimer's office inaccurarely stamped death certificates as suicides when the crime scene's dictate otherwise. Tonight the cases of Curtis Eugene Prescott and Gary Don Edwards will be featured.

Thirty-two-year-old Curtis Eugene Prescott died on January 11, 2008 in Mayes County, Oklahoma He was shot in the right side of his head with a 12 gauge shotgun. The funeral director placed his death at 7 or 8 a.m. The Medical Examiner, Steve Massey, said only that it was dark when the shooting took place. Curtis' death was ruled a suicide. No autopsy was performed.

According to Steve Massey, the Mayes County Sheriff's Department reached the suicide conclusion even before they went to the scene. And he admits basing his finding primarily upon their statement that Curtis was on record as having made suicide threats. However, there is no record of any such threats.

And At 6:15 p.m. on October 31, 2006, officers from the Marlow, Oklahoma Police Department were dispatched to the home of 25-year-old Gary Don Edwards in response to a domestic dispute reported by Gary’s wife, Heather. The initial officers to arrive located Gary a short distance from the residence. Police reports of the incident indicate that Gary was in an intoxicated condition. He was arrested for public intoxication, taken to the station, and booked in at 6:40.

At 7:09 Gary made a call to his mother, Donna, and told her what had happened. During that call he also complained to her that he thought the officers were stealing his money. He then handed the phone over to Officer James Price, who informed his mother that Gary would be released in 4 hours. That never happened, Gary Don Edwards was found dead.

Intimate Partner Homicide Investigation: Join Hosts Sheryl McCollum, Holly Hughes and Susan Murphy Milano Monday, 10/25/2010 at 9:00 PM EST

Tonight: The Garvin County Three: The unsolved cases of Sheila Deviney, Tom Horton and Chanda Turner.

And the unsolved case of Sandra Travis who was living in a violent marriage when she disappeared July 31, 2005 from Mayfield, Kentucky, a rural area near the borders of Illinois and Tennessee. Sandra took a lot of punches over the years from her husband, Bobby Travis, probably another man who treated his wife as a piece of property, there to do his bidding, no caring for the way she felt.

According to information found online, Bobby Travis had sad news for the family, he said Sandy died while on a trip to Illinois visiting other family members. When that story was easily proved false, he had another ready. Intimate Partner Homicide will be presenting the case of Sandra Travis. Joining us to discuss Sandra's suspicious vanishing is her daughter Dawn Vowell.

Oklahoma Watchdog: Watching Out For "The Garvin County Three"

PAULS VALLEY, Okla. – In this south-central Oklahoma town, probably best known for its Toy and Action Figure museum, there is a dark cloud of suspicion and what some say is an ongoing cover-up related to three deaths in Garvin County that, while officially ruled suicides, may in fact be homicides.
Visiting Garvin County this week, walking around Pauls Valley in particular, that sense of suspicion and even paranoia seemed to be in the air. It was as if the truth was seeking to come out and there were mysterious forces keeping that from happening. This story coming out of Garvin County appeared to be far more substantial than we had originally suspected.
At the core of the story is Susan Murphy Milano, a nationally-recognized domestic-violence expert and writer.
Over the past week, Murphy Milano has spent time in Garvin County talking to the families of the victims, gathering documents and information and trying to generally “lay low” as she has been threatened with violence and followed in cars by persons unknown.
She has also been vocal about her investigation, spurred by the victim’s families, talking to whatever media would take her calls or talk to her in person.
For those unfamiliar with what has been going on in Garvin County, it all seems to begin a decade ago with the “suicide” of a beautiful young woman, 23-year-old Chanda Turner.
As has been reported in numerous places, Turner was at home in Pauls Valley when she was reported shot to death on the morning of July 21, 2000.
And while the Medical Examiner investigator John Miller ruled Turner’s death a suicide, there was more evidence on the scene that pointed to something more sinister.
As Murphy Milano explains it, there were crime-scene photos showing blood throughout the inside of the home, as well as bloody sheets and a bloody mattress. The sheets, however, appeared to have disappeared. The boyfriend, who claimed to have slept through her suicide, and found her outside, was said to have had scratches on his body while Turner’s body clearly was covered in bruises, indicating she fought for her life. There was also evidence of a struggle, with broken furniture in the home.
Two other “suicides” are believed to be homicides as well – Sheila Deviney of Maysville and Tom Horton of Wynnewood – and Murphy Milano is calling them the “Garvin County 3.”
Murphy Milano first spoke with Oklahoma Watchdog earlier this week saying that she had been told by someone that if she came to Garvin County, she would “leave in a body bag.”
“These are murders,” Murphy Milano said without hesitation. “I’ve come here and been threatened. I’ve got Facebook pages and blogs going so people know what I’m doing.”

Oklahoma: "The Garvin County Three"

Here in Oklahoma, a light beam is finally shining for the families of Sheila Deviney, Tom Horton and Chanda Turner. For each of the "Garvin County Three" this has been a journey laced with cover-up and corruption. From politicians screaming foul ball when their names are mentioned in the same sentence with these cases, to investigators and law enforcement continuing to shield those still on the force with first hand knowledge of blatant criminal and illegal conduct on all 3 cases, because the brotherhood of the badge is an unspoken code here in Gavin County, Oklahoma, as it is elsewhere.

My time here has been spent going over existing evidence and gathering new evidence in each case. None of which would be possible without the efforts of attorney Jaye Mendros (http://www.justiceforthedead.com/ and Shannon Kile (http://www.theeleventhcommandment.org/), both who have paved the way long before I arrived. For each of these families they have been the heartbeat and hope for justice.

I can say, with conviction, Sheila Deviney, Tom Horton and Chanda Turner, were murdered. My work has never been about the court of public opinion, from the moment I discovered my own mothers body in 1989, my mission was to present just the facts, resulting in justice.

That is all any of "The Garvin County Three" are asking for, justice.

The video of Chanda Turner below is but a small glimpse of what you will hear and see in the coming months.

Imagine for a moment what it took for her parents Joe and Donna Turner to photo from the casket bruises on their daughter's body. Look closely at her bruised and burn marked hands. Chanda Turner fought back with every fiber of her soul to stay alive. Chanda Turner was murdered in cold blood. As a community and a nation, fighting for the truth is the least we can do!

The Wild West meets Big City Girl: The Garvin County Three seeking justice.

Real Time News: "The Garvin County Three" Goes National

The scene is The Wild West meets Big City Girl: The Garvin County Three seeking justice.

October 19, 2010 --
The news out of Garvin County Oklahoma is playing out in real time all across the airwaves on the nationally syndicated radio show, The Roth Show, where each night Susan Murphy Milano calls in to Dr. Laurie Roth and Master Investigator, Doug Hagmann with reports of what’s taking place, the heated political climate, and new evidence uncovered.

Murphy Milano was invited to Garvin County Oklahoma by three families seeking to re-open cold cases involving the possible murders of their loved ones. Known as The Garvin County Three, these families have been victims of the worst miscarriage of justice. Caught up in alleged political corruption, the scandal surrounding the Oklahoma Medical Examiner’s Office, and small town family influences, the cases of Sheila Deviney, Chanda Turner and Tom Horton are being re-examined and reviewed with vigor.

Nancy Grace, Jane Velez Mitchell nor Bill O’Reilly have yet to respond to this breaking news, which could be happening in any community in America. Our country was founded on the basics of justice, and yet these powerful news mavens aren’t covering the story live. America needs to know what’s happening to the “least” of us, those of us without the money and power to make the headlines each night.

The internet is bursting with daily coverage of these cases, allowing real people in every state of America to know about the latest from “ground zero,” Garvin County Oklahoma, where there is a heated political climate throwing threats around to citizens, businesses and even churches who have hosted events with Susan Murphy Milano. Murphy Milano is there for one reason, to insure that The Garvin County Three, and several other families, have a shot at justice for their murdered loved ones.

Along with local attorneys, legislators and news outlets, Murphy Milano is reviewing case files, touring crime scenes and interviewing family members to get a better sense of what’s happened to justice in Garvin County Oklahoma. Her findings thus far are astounding and, as the heat is on, those possibly involved are being examined for their pattern of conduct in each of these cases. A pattern is emerging of cover up, corruption and the possibility of even more murders committed. Wild West justice has been the order of the day in Garvin County, but modern technology will prove that a cold case may grow cold, but it never goes away, as some would like.

Fresh eyes are seeing the evidence mounting, time lines established, and voices being heard. Susan Murphy Milano, along with the families and several local organizations will not give up, will not go away, and have promised the Deviney, Horton and Turner families they will do all that is in their power to see this through, and although justice has been delayed, it will prevail.

Intimate Partner Homicide Investigates: From "Ground Zero"

Join Sheryl McCollum, Director of the Cold Case Investigative Research Institute, Holly Hughes, Atlanta Attorney, and Susan Murphy Milano, as the Team discusses the latest breaking information coming straight from Oklahoma!

Intimate Partner Homicide Investigates will be taking a closer look into the cases from Oklahoma we have featured on past shows,"The Garvin County Three," Sheila Deviney, Chanda Turner and Tom Horton. We have the advantage of Susan Murphy Milano being at "Ground Zero" in Oklahoma and the show will be broadcast from the home of the late Tom Horton.

Susan has been meeting with each family, examining the crime scenes and is amazed at the genuine kindness that has been extended to her. Although she has been refused meetings with the District Attorney and the Sheriff of Garvin County, she has, along with Attorney Jaye Mendros, Shannon Kile and representatives of The Eleventh Commandment, connected with many folks in Oklahoma who are all committed to seeking justice, whatever it takes.

Report From Oklahoma

Due to sketchy internet service in Oklahoma, information and updates will be called in daily to The Roth Show.

There is a press conference today, October 15, at 2PM Central time at the offices of Attorney, Jaye Mendros where representatives from the Turner, Deviney and Horton families as well as Justice for the Dead will attend in Oklahoma City.

We hope that the reports of the injustices to these families and the alleged corruption in Garvin County, Oklahoma will travel to national news shows such as Bill O'Reilly, who is known to call out instances of corruption in our country on FOX News show, The O'Reilly Factor.

Welcoming Susan Murphy-Milano to Oklahoma
Attorney Jaye Mendros

With the arrival of a nationally-known author, media personality and activist, we begin the process of shedding more light on some of Oklahoma's darkest secrets. For years, families have struggled in this State with a "good ole boy" system that delivered not justice, but cold justice.

Having practiced criminal law and worked on homicides in Oklahoma County for years, I was aware that we had a growing problem with our State Medical Examiner's Office. What I did not know until I met Joe and Donna Turner in September of 2009 was how the ME's Office's incompetence, stubborness and unwillingness to do its job has allowed corruption to thrive with law enforcement in smaller counties.

When a murder is covered up, or inadequately investigated, and an erroneous cause/manner of death determination is made by a good ole' boy who is NOT a physician, the ME's Office should NOT turn a blind eye and rubber stamp that determination

Memo "Press Conference": Governor Brad Henry, US Attorney Eric Holder, Attorney General WA Drew Edmondson, CNN Chief Edith Chapin and Bill O'Reilly

RE: Oklahoma Cold Cases

Governor Brad Henry thank you for signing into law HB 3294.

In my opinion, for this new law to be effective Attorney General WA Drew Edmondson, United States Attorney Eric Holder and the FBI must begin working towards removing the "good old boy brand" of justice in numerous counties within the State of Oklahoma where corruption runs deep, more like a tsunami for families waiting 2,3,4,6,7,8,9, an 10 years to have deaths certificates changed from suicide to homicide and cold cases of intimate partner homicide opened based on new information and in my opinion new evidence.

The reason I am asking for your asistance is because I am now in the State of Oklahoma. And frankly, I am a bit uncomfortable here knowing there is an alleged price tag on my life as I am working with the families of Chandra Turner, Sheila Deviney, Lance Edwards and Tom Horton. Each of these cases smell foul with prosecutors and law enforcement refusing to investigate and charge the person(s) responsible for each of these homicides.

PRESS Conference

Date: October 15, 2010
Time: 2:00 PM Central
Place: Law Offices of Jaye Mendros

ADDRESS: 3033 N.W. 63rd Street, Suite E-105

Statement from Garvin County Prosecutors office released just yesterday:

Mr. Mashburn's office has officially declined to meet with Susan Murphy-Milano stating that it would be 'inappropriate' to do so further stating that she had "nothing else to offer them" regarding the Garvin County Murder cases. They also cited scheduling issues as a secondary factor. This indicates that the Sheriff will thus decline as well as he stated he would only meet with Susan in Mashburn's office.--SK 4:20 pm 10/13

Oklahoma Fails Victims of Intimate Partner Homicide

Tonight Intimate Partner Homicide Investigation featured the case of Landon Edwards (pictured above) also known as "Hopper" this is yet another case where :

1.) The Medical Exaiminer's office has refused to properly investigate a murder case;

2.) OSBI has turned a deaf ear for the family to have the case investigated and re-opened;

3.) The death of Landon Edwards, was not a suicide, it was murder.

Landon Edwards, or "Hopper," was just 26 years of age when he was found murdered in Guymon, Oklahoma on August 30th, 2008. The autopsy photo's in this case tell a much different story then what the Oklahoma ME's office listed on his death certificate.

At the time accorrding to family accounts "His girlfriend claimed to have found him upon awaking at 8:38 A.M.. He had supposedly hung himself less than 10 feet away from where she slept, in a room that had no door between her and the victim. The facts speak for themselves. The victim's position at the scene was neither factually or pictorially supporting of a self induced death, suicide. On the contrary, the facts, pictures, events starting in the evening hours of the 29th of August, 2008 leading up to the time of death, strongly support just the opposite: homicide, set-up to support suicide."

The OSBI and an Investigator from the ME's Office were called in to investigate the scene. The victim was later that evening transported to the Oklahoma Medical Examiners Office for an autopsy. The victim had cuts, abrasions, and bruising. Even with the obvious injuries, photos of the scene, blood through out the entire home, blood splatter and events leading to his death, his death was determined a suicide. No officers from the local police department contacted the family for statements. OSBI contacted the family that day for interviews, but took no written statements. The OSBI communicated they would contact family if and when case was closed. Last contact with the OSBI was Memorial Weekend of 2009. The agent in charge was rude and short and communicated the case was still open and offered no other information. The family contacted OSBI in June of this year inquiring of the case, they were told they would release no information including as to whether or not case was open or closed.

The family had to acquire the services of an attorney to get the EMT and M.E. Investigator reports. There are statements the family still has not been able to obtain, such as the girlfriend's written statements.

This family as well as Chanda Turner's family, Sheila Deviney's family, Thomas Horton's family among other families whom have literally been chasing down those in authority who took an oath to serve and protect have been denied justice for their loved ones murdered, in cold blood.

Landon Edwards, or "Hopper," was found dead at his home located in Guymon, Oklahoma on August 30th, 2008. His girlfriend claimed to have found him upon awaking at 8:38 A.M.. He had supposedly hung himself less than 10 feet away from where she slept, in a room that had no door between her and the victim. The facts speak for themselves. The victim's position at the scene was neither factually or pictorially supporting of a self induced death, suicide. The Murders of Sheila Deviney, Chanda Turner and Tom Horton in Garvin County Oklahoma

What do these 3 tragic cases of intimate partner homicide have in common?

1) Their deaths were ruled either as accidents or suicides;

2) The families have been fighting for justice to have the cases of their loved ones re-opened;

3) The current Sheriff Steve Brooks was in one way or another at the crime scene of all 3 cases;

4) The Garvin County prosecutor Greg Masburn has flat our refused to open these cases and prosecute those responsible for their murders;

Chandra Turner (left), just 23 years old, was shot to death at her home in Paul's Valley on July 12, 2000. Her boyfriend claimed she shot herself while he slept through the sound of gunfire and later found her outside on the back steps after she was dead. Crime scene photos depict blood throughout the inside of the home, including on the mattress he claimed he was asleep on. The mattress had been stripped of sheets; no one asked where they went. There were more signs of cleanup in the bedroom, including a bottle of cleaning solution on the floor. The boyfriend had fresh scratches on his arms, and Chanda was covered in bruises. There were signs of a struggle in the living room, including broken furniture.

Shiela Deviney , 30, died on January 6, 2004, when her mobile home, located about one mile east and one mile south of Maysville, Oklahoma, burned to the ground. She was murdered. It should be no surprise that Sheila had been married to an abusive, controlling man. They had a court date over past-due child support scheduled the next day. According to eye witnesses, her ex-husband was at the home, although by law not allowed on the premises. He and another friend destroyed evidence and took items from the home.

TOM HORTON had been a beloved and respected Vo/AG teacher for twenty five years in Wynnewood, before he was killed by a shotgun blast in his home on December 10th, 2008. Numerous family members sounded the alarm of foul play: they pointed out obvious evidence of a homicide to local authorities which fell on deaf ears.

The Medical Investigator John Miller (who is not a physician and who also obstructed the performance of an autopsy in Chanda Turner's case) classified the death a suicide. No autopsy was perfomed despite Tom Horton dying of an unattended, violent death by firearm. The family's repeated requests for an autopsy were denied. Without benefit of an autopsy or other direct scrutiny by any pathologist, Horton’s death remains incorrectly classified as a suicide. The famiy called attention to physical evidence in other areas of the dwelling corroborating homicide, all of which the ME's Office met with hostility.

Faced with an overwhelming number of inconsistencies and physical evidence, five individuals from Wynnewood, including two of Horton’s sons, two family friends and a former student began the arduous task of seeking justice in Garvin County, up to and including the petitioning for a Grand Jury.

I will be in Garvin County, Oklahoma next week with all the families in hopes of having these 3 cases properly opened and investigated. Garvin County has operated behind closed doors for too many years. The light of justice needs to beam brightly in each case.

To read more on these tragic cases please take a moment and visit the Time's Up Blog for the latest developments.

The Psychopath's Mask of Sanity: On The Susan Murphy Milano Show-Wednesday October 6, 2010 at 4:00 PM EST

Join us for a very special hour with Sandra Brown, M.A., with the Institute for Relational Harm Reduction Institite and author of "Women Who Love Psychopaths" and "How To Spot A Dangerous Man" as she hosts the shows during the month of October while Susan is on the road.

Todays guest for the hour on the show is Harrison Koehli "Psychopaths are somewhat paradoxical. On the one hand they are known to experts as extremely impulsive, with a seeming inability to plan ahead or to be affected by the threat of future punishments. Their behavior is mainly directed in the service of fulfilling their immediate impulses and whims. However, on the other hand, they can be perfect predators, stalking their kill with the patience and precision of a cougar, waiting for the perfect moment to strike. It’s a marvel to watch the steady, subtle maneuverings of a psychopath climbing his way up the hierarchy of power, influence, and control."

Tina and Bethany Sinclair:" No Man Power to Make An Arrest"

Listen to internet radio with Susan Murphy Milano on Blog Talk Radio

On Friday, February 2, 2001, in a New Hampshire court Eugene Van Bowman plead guilty in court for molesting his daughters when they were pre-teens, as well as his ex girlfriend’s daughter several years later. And Tina and her 15- year old daughter Bethany Sinclair were sharing a home with Eugene Van Bowman on Mountain Road in West Chesterfield, NH. Bowman would return in April to the court for sentencing, he put up bond and was released.

On Saturday evening, February 3, 2001, Tina Sinclair and Bethany Sinclair vanished off the face of the earth. Tina's car was still on the property, as was her cell phone. So I ask if she were "taking off" wouldn't she take her own car and drive to where she was going?

The next day Sunday afternoon, Feb 4, 2001 Tina Sinclair’s step-father went to Bowman’s house for dinner and a haircut. Eugene Van Bowman was cleaning his house with bleach and told the step- father, he and Tina had a fight and she was gone Later that evening Bowman was having a bon-fire and loading garbage into the truck even though he had an on sight dumpster. The step-father helped him load up the truck. Bowman was disposing of items belonging to both Bethany and Tina. Why? In my opinion Bowman knew they were never returning and with good reason, he killed them.

Witnesses can place Bowman at his previous property in his pick- up truck at the Beal’s Road entrance to Pisgah Park, where a Park Ranger later reported a broken gate.

Even with Eugene Van Bowman’s violent criminal history, police believed his story that Tina and Bethany “took off and he doesn’t know where she went."

Tonight on Intimate Partner Homicide Investigation (show link is at the top of the blog) Co-Host and former prosecutor turned defense attorney Holly Hughes said "hell there is enough circumstantial evidence to prosecute this case right now."

EUGENE VAN BOWMAN is required to register under New Hampshire law.

If you listen to the show all the information is presented, now what has to happen is for the Attorney General of New Hampsire to send in some extra help over at the Chesterfield Police Department. You see they are telling folks and the family "don't have the manpower to work on this case."

Gizela Andrade: "Vanished"

Gizela Andrade, 32, hasn't been heard from since she disappeared on Sept. 25 after a fight with her live-in boyfriend, and her digital trail has gone silent as well, according to authorities.

People do not realize the number one leading cause of death to a pregnant woman is intimate partner homicide. So why when a pregnant woman is reported missing do authorities need to wait 24 hours? Isn’t the fetus a life? Isn’t it a endangered child? In these cases an all points bulletin should be issued. If she did meet with foul play with her boyfriend, all you accomplished is assisting a killer with time to allow a trail to go cold. She has had no activity with anyone or anything for 9 days.

It is not out of the realm of possibility that because Gizela was pregnant that she could have crashed off the road because she is a diabetic.

Having said that I am concerned over what police have yet to do:

Have they checked the boyfriend’s cell phone records?
Have they checked his tower ping activity from his cell phone?

Does he have a GPS navigation system on his car they could possibility show
where he was that evening?

Does he have any marks or scratches on him? (or is that a moot point because by the time he was interviewed all visible marks are gone) And did police interview him by phone or immediately in person?

What about her 2010 Toyota Venza, a keyless remote car that comes with a GPS system, this should be fairly easy to locate and they need to get moving on making contact with the dealer as to how to track the vehicle.

The couple fought that night, her last KNOWN call was to her sister. But did anyone think that perhaps the boyfriend called Gizela and said, please meet someplace and let’s talk?

He also could have followed her after their argument.

And maybe, just maybe she never left the residence. Anyone think about obtaining a search warrant and going through the residence?

You cannot start the car with the keyless remote so again, maybe she never left the home to begin with and that is the story the boyfriend is telling because he knew she spoke with her sister.

Once again, if Gizela was a victim of intimate partner homicide and her body is recovered will police have enough experience to look outside the box at what may appear to be the scene of an accident?

I want nothing more then to be Wrong, but, under the circumstances can you blame me for demanding answers? Someone has too!!

Intimate Partner Homicide Investigation: Monday, October 4, 2010 at 9:00 PM

On the night of February 4, 2001, Tina Sinclair picked up her
daughter, Bethany from the movie theaters and brought her home.
According to Tina's boyfriend, Eugene Van Bowman, Jr., he and
Tina got into a fight and he left them. He stated that upon his return,
Tina and Bethany were gone.

Tina's car and pet cat were left at home. An unidentified woman
phoned Bethany's school and said Bethany would not be in on Monday.
Most likely, they did not leave of their own free will.

Is There Anything You Can Do For Me?

“The strong odor of death remained, permeating the air in the house like an uninvited guest, jolting my senses with a one-two punch. The odor was so pungent I popped my head outside the door again, and inhaled the clean, crisp, winter air.” I made my way towards the kitchen, it was too dark to see anything, I flipped the light switch, nothing, maybe a breaker was out? The odor grew stronger. A few feet from my childhood bedroom Bobbie, my mother- lay murdered."

______________________________________________________________________
“They are preparing to transport the bodies to the morgue,” the police chaplin said in almost a whisper. “Someone from the police department will call you in the morning to assist you with the funeral arrangements. Susan, is there anything I can do for you?”

A thousand thoughts passed through my mind with lighting speed, but I was in shock, unable to speak.

That was in 1989 and I have been waiting to respond to that question since I began my work with victims of intimate partner violence and homicide a year or so after my parents died. Now, 20 years later, no one has ever asked again, is there anything I can do for you.

Yes, as a matter of fact, you can do something for me.

Before I lay out my request of what you can do for me, understand that for years in many ways I have been silenced from speaking out on first hand knowledge of what really is happening as it relates to victims of intimate partner violence and homicide. Those individuals know all too well what I am talking about. As they say, "shit rolls down hill."

If I were to lay everything out, my career would be over. I, too, would be silenced, like my mother. So over the years I had to learn the hard way to bite the side of my lip and do what I could for victims that resulted in successfully saving their lives.

When a system does what it always has done, the outcome never changes.

An example of this are the 147 murdered women and children from September 1 through September 27, 2010, these are the states they were killed in:

NE (2); NY (8); LA (1); AL (7); FL (20); AZ (4); TN (4); TX (17); VA (7); CA (6); UT (2); MI (6); WA (4); OH (8); SC (7); HI (2); MA (4); CO (3); PA (4); OR (4); MD (3); KY (6); NC (3); MO (1); MS (1); IL (9); NM (1); ID (1); MT (2).
Where is the outrage over 147 innocent women and children who were murdered by their intimate partners within 27 days?

What You Can You Do For Me?
