A Walk For A Life Lost!

This October it will be 2 years since the 23 year old mother of two, Stacy Peterson vanished. While friends and family continue to look for her remains there are others out there alive whom desperately need our assistance. Funds are being cut for children, legal and shelter services for woman across the country. Agencies whom provide these vital and life saving services now depend on every penny to help its' victims.

Last week on The Susan Murphy Milano show we had as a guest Amy Leichtenberg. She is the mother of Duncan and Jack whom were assassinated last year by their father while on an unsupervised visatation. Allowed by our court system to slaughter innocent children. On the show Amy talked about what got her through the court system while her children were still alive she said it was the programs provided by the agency in her area. She talked about the counseling for her and the therapy and children's programs for her kids. "They looked forward to going each week and healing."

Whether you live in Kansas or California we all saw the news coverage for some 18 months before my least favorite cowardly"dickless wonder" was arrested for the murder of Kathleen Savio. I realize we cannot bring these women or their children back among the living, but, we can take action and support services that are providing a life line for victims of violence and their children.

We all watched the news coverage on MSNBC, Fox News, ABC, NBC, CNN, HLN, our local stations as they brought the horrific plight of two women's lives across our television and Internet screens Kathleen Savio and Stacy Peterson as their abuser strutted on screen saying "Stacy took off with $25,000 and a red bikini or she left with another man."

We need to send a message of hope to the surviving children of Stacy Peterson whom will never see their mother again by either participating in the event below or making a monetary contribution in honor of Stacy Ann Peterson. The information is below, please a moment to donate whatever you can.

Pathetic Man Gets New Trial Blame's Dead Son

In 2001 James Garner pleaded guilty to beating his wife to death. At the end of February of 2009 Garner asked for a new trial.

I’ve have just learned the reason. The couple had a son together Terry Allen Garner who was just 16 years old at the time of his mother’s death. Grief stricken and distraught over what his father did to his own mother at the age of 20 years old he committed suicide.

In June 2003, Garner pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in the Dec. 26, 2001, death of his wife, Kathy Garner. While James Garner entered a plea of guilty, he did not admit that he committed the crime.Kathy Garner had been found beaten to death, under her vehicle, at Molly’s Rock State Park. An autopsy revealed she had been stuck in the head at least 16 times.

Newberry Pathologist Dr. Joel Sexton said at the time it was one of the worst beatings he had ever seen.During the initial investigation in 2001, deputies allegedly received conflicting stories from James Garner. They then served a search warrant on her husband and reportedly found Kathy Garner’s blood in his car. Also found was a pry bar in the toolbox of his vehicle, allegedly with Kathy Garner’s blood and DNA on it. At the time, the pry bar was believed to be the murder weapon.Within days of going to trial, James Garner felt there was enough evidence to convict him of the murder, the defense related at the time. If a jury had found him guilty, Garner could have been sentenced to up to 30 years in prison, or the death penalty.But with the 2003 plea, James Garner was sentenced to serve 25 years in prison.

James Garner later filed post conviction relief action. Around the time his own son committed suicide. So now watch as I will bet this piece of garbage will attempt to pin the death of his wife on his dead son!

Since the post conviction relief was granted by a judge 28 days ago, James Garner has been transferred out of the state’s custody and is now being housed at the Newberry County Detention Center.

I should point that James Garner had motive. He was having an affair with a woman in another State with whom he later married after Kathy's murder. Kathy met him there as he asked to resolve marital issues as the couple were divorcing.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand victims rights in life or death remain behind closed doors when we allow men like this to get away with murder!

The Fact Remains: Drew Peterson is the Only Suspect

Drew Peterson's public relations company and legal marshmallow roaster are working over time these days.

The camp fire roasters have pulled yet, another rabbit from their hats. Peterson's group now claims Stacy left the house while Drew was sleeping. Problem with this garbage is the time line does not add up. Stacy spoke to her sister's boyfriend approximately 35 minutes prior to her death. When the neighbor called the house that morning Peterson's son Christopher told the woman Drew and Stacy were fighting and to call back.

In my opinion, Stacy Peterson never left the bedroom that morning, not alive anyway.

The day before Stacy was killed she discussed her situation with a student over drinks paying with cash so Drew would not find out what she was doing.

Stacy Peterson wanted out of an abusive marriage. She was constantly being stalked and followed by Peterson. She didn't use her credit card over drinks the day before because Drew would be angry if he learned she was out. Very common in the world of an abuser and his victim.

The classmate offered advice on how to leave her abusive relationship safely. Stacy Peterson would never leave her children. They were her entire world.

And how does the legal roaster explain the two visits to attorney Harry Smith that very week? The same lawyer that Katheen Savio used in her divorce. Stacy spoke with the lawyer how to leave Drew and take the children with her. Is the legal roaster going to place blame somehow on this laywer? Did he secretly hide Stacy? Now there's a story.

Stacy also was trying to secure a rental property for she and the kids from a relative that very week. She had quickly made numerous plans to get out with her life.

Once again the spin doctor of make believe sprinking words like magical fairy dust, landing on page twelve of the Chicago SunTime's.

"See, see I told you chicken's and abusers do fall from the sky."

Justice Interrupted in Officer's Wife's Death

When the news story first came out it stated Tera Chavez had committed suicide. What those who were involved in this cover-up did not know, Tera had been in contact with State of Arizona Invetigators.

In a bold move, Tera's death was ruled a homicide. Lawwyers for the family hired attorney Brad Hall and filed a lawsuit against the police department for tampering with a crime scene, destroying evidence and interfering with another departments investigation out of their jurisdiction.
