Abusive Parents Who Sabotage the Medical Care of Their Children: The Susan Murphy-Milano Show Thursday April 5, 2012

A mother caught up by a psychopathic former husband in a court battle involving life and death issues with their son Clayton, who was born with nephrology issues that led to his first kidney transplant as a toddler. Mother and father divorced many several years ago.

The court at trial granted the mother custody of Clayton due to the father’s acts of domestic violence (against other women as well – he also was charged with witness tampering for his threats against those involved in his criminal matter).

Ever since the modification, things have been terrible. The father does not follow instructions of the doctors, preferring to get his medical information from the internet. At one point he gave the child a pill that he purchased off the internet that was guaranteed to cure all kidney disease. Clayton’s transplanted kidney failed and was removed several months ago meaning that he survives off of hemo-dialysis. He travels to Seattle three times a week for this. Mother works night shift at a local hospital and must leave work to get the child to his appointments. Father does everything he can to prevent this – making sure the child is not available to leave for appointments or messing with the transport arrangements, causing him to be late. The is currently in the Court of Appeals The child now has the option of having peritoneal dialysis which would allow him to be treated at home rather than constantly being at the hospital. The father is objecting because if this were to occur, the mother might actually get some sleep. As it is, she barely sleeps between the conclusion of dialysis and returning to work at night. The father argues over every bit of medication that the child is given. He constantly insists that the mother is not following doctor’s orders – although he could not tell you what is ordered. His skills are in throwing rocks that make the mother’s job as a parent as difficult as possible. He has no awareness whatsoever, and would deny, that his antics have genuinely hurt this child.

Ronda Reynolds Crime Scene Still Screams Murder!

Late last week Jonathan Meyer a Lewis County Prosecutor refused, after a inquest on October 19, 2011 that the 1998 death of Ronda Reynolds was indeed a homicide. The prosecutor is claiming he doesn't have enough evidence to charge both her husband Ronald A. Reynolds (pictured left)and his son Jonathan A. Reynolds, both of whom were in the house late that night.

"I can't go forward. "I have to have substantial evidence to convict." said Meyer. I would put up the crime scene photo's but they are far too disturbing. In my expert opinion, based on facts in 1998, this is an intimate partner homicide!

The crime scene was staged, rearranged to look like a suicide," according to forensic pathologist Dr. Jeffrey Reynolds.

Ronda Reynolds fulfilled her childhood dream by becoming a Washington State trooper and firearms instructor. She left the patrol a few months after she married to work in private security.

In early 1998, Ronda married Ron Reynolds, an elementary school principal in the small Lewis County town of Toledo, Washington. During their brief marriage, Ronda discovered her husband was having an affair. She confronted him. She told him the marriage was over and that she expected the $15,000 she put into the new marital home to be returned. That night, Ronda booked a flight to her mom's home in Spokane. She made arrangements just after midnight with a friend and veteran police officer to drive her early that morning to the airport. Crime Scene photos show she'd packed her bags and left a message to her husband on the bathroom mirror: "I love you, call me."

Within hours of leaving, Ronda was found dead on the floor of her master bedroom,in the closet,with the door open, just 15 feet away, where her husband claims to have been sound asleep. When Ron Reynolds was questioned, he told police Ronda was distraught and talked about killing herself.

The gruesome crime scene photo's tell a different story. (if you go to the link, please be advised the photo's are on this site are graphic).

Jerry Berry was Lewis County's lead detective on the case and said "this appeared to have the earmarks of a staged homicide."But Berry faced serious evidence problems because he wasn't called to the scene until two hours after Ronda's body was found, and the crime scene had already been disturbed.

But, seven months after Ronda's death, Ron Reynolds' attorney wrote the department insisting they remove the cloud of suspicion and close the case. And "if you do not then we will." Berry says the sheriff's office caved, closing the case as a suicide over his objections. "They just basically wanted me to let it go, leave it as a suicide, and move on and take on other cases and be done with it," Berry said.

News accounts of the inquest 2 weeks ago said " most of the testimony and evidence offered at the coroner's inquest was hearsay and conjecture, which would not be admissible in a criminal trial."

If, Ronda Reynolds had the opportunity to complete the Evidentiary Abuse Affidavit in 1998, heads would be rolling and there would be arrests in Ronda's case. Her own words, not hearsay of the abuse she suffered and why she was fleeing for her life would have be captured in an affidavit and on a recorded video.

The non profit, all volunteer group is asking for area hunters to adopt a piece of land and or property that they are familiar with or hunt on regularly to search for missing Lindsey Baum; registration will begin on January 10, 2011 and run throughout the month. Hope For Kailyce Requires Your Attention

Presently, the murder trial of Amy Mulllins(pictured left) is happening in Western Washington state, about 20 miles from the capital of Olympia, called Rochester.

Because it is a small town, it will not be coverered on Fox News ,CNN or in USA Today. The only likely place to hear or read anything on the trial is if you head on over to the Juror 13 site and read the most current updates.

This is yet another case, where a man, once married to Amy stands trial for her murder. The couple were seperated and Amy wanted a divorce. The couple have a 15 year-old daughter, her name is Kailyce. (pictured above on the right)

Excerpts from Juror 13: It was a typical Saturday morning, July 21, 2007, with regular chit chat with her daughter. Then it was time for a trip to the laundromat, but, Amy never made it. Her jeep was found in the driveway.

"The dog was in the passenger seat, the keys for the jeep in the ignition, there was coffee in the cup holder and she had her purse in the car," said Kailyce.
The family started calling, frantically trying to find where Amy had gone. Amy's stepmother said it felt like something that you just read about, that happens to other people. "This doesn't happen to your family," she said.
Investigators talked to Steve Mullins that same Saturday. He wasn't considered a suspect at that time.
After speaking with the deputies, Steve called a relative and made comments that led investigators to believe that he may have some information regarding her whereabouts and condition. They soon lost contact with him.

The search was on. Police and search teams combed many areas, including the area that the family went out to search, with no avail.
On the following Monday, July 23, 2007, Amy's family members discovered her body in an abandoned refrigerator east of the property that Amy and Steve had lived on, for almost 20 years.
That same day, Steve Mullins turned himself in to the Grays Harbor County Jail.
Two days later, July 25, Mullins bail was set for $1,000,000 at the Thurston County Superior Court.

According to family members, Steve Mullins told Amy, the night before the killing,"I'll have you in life or I'll have you in heaven."
Mullins told a detective that the circumstances of his wife's death were "like a dream" in which "he was out of his body... watching everything happen," according to documents filed by prosecutors in court. "He said she insulted his manhood, that she put his hands around her throat and that she 'made' him strangle her."
No surprise: His defense lawyer, Eric Pilon has said Mullins has mental problems.

We often do not discuss, consider or take time to reach out to the children living their life without their parent, be it their mother, father or both. In many ways these children who are casualitites of the war on violence in the home are unable to go home every, again. because it no longer exists. When you remove a parent in a violent way from a child's life, it is in my personal opinion like removing ones "country". I mean to say that it is gone. Their lives cannot be repaired or even healed. Because they have had their hopes and dreams ripped from within them.

It nearly 20 years since my own mother was abruptly taken away. I still carry an open wound, that is unlikely to ever heal. People who I thought would be there, were not. Promises to remain in contact, never happened after my parents murder suicide.

Kailyce during this time needs our support and encouragement.
