Ronda Reynolds Crime Scene Still Screams Murder!

Late last week Jonathan Meyer a Lewis County Prosecutor refused, after a inquest on October 19, 2011 that the 1998 death of Ronda Reynolds was indeed a homicide. The prosecutor is claiming he doesn't have enough evidence to charge both her husband Ronald A. Reynolds (pictured left)and his son Jonathan A. Reynolds, both of whom were in the house late that night.

"I can't go forward. "I have to have substantial evidence to convict." said Meyer. I would put up the crime scene photo's but they are far too disturbing. In my expert opinion, based on facts in 1998, this is an intimate partner homicide!

The crime scene was staged, rearranged to look like a suicide," according to forensic pathologist Dr. Jeffrey Reynolds.

Ronda Reynolds fulfilled her childhood dream by becoming a Washington State trooper and firearms instructor. She left the patrol a few months after she married to work in private security.

In early 1998, Ronda married Ron Reynolds, an elementary school principal in the small Lewis County town of Toledo, Washington. During their brief marriage, Ronda discovered her husband was having an affair. She confronted him. She told him the marriage was over and that she expected the $15,000 she put into the new marital home to be returned. That night, Ronda booked a flight to her mom's home in Spokane. She made arrangements just after midnight with a friend and veteran police officer to drive her early that morning to the airport. Crime Scene photos show she'd packed her bags and left a message to her husband on the bathroom mirror: "I love you, call me."

Within hours of leaving, Ronda was found dead on the floor of her master bedroom,in the closet, with the door open, just 15 feet away, where her husband claims to have been sound asleep. When Ron Reynolds was questioned, he told police Ronda was distraught and talked about killing herself.

The gruesome crime scene photo's tell a different story. (if you
go to the link, please be advised the photo's are on this site are graphic).

Jerry Berry was Lewis County's lead detective on the case and said "this appeared to have the earmarks of a staged homicide."But Berry faced serious evidence problems because he wasn't called to the scene until two hours after Ronda's body was found, and the crime scene had already been disturbed.

But, seven months after Ronda's death, Ron Reynolds' attorney wrote the department insisting they remove the cloud of suspicion and close the case. And "if you do not then we will." Berry says the sheriff's office caved, closing the case as a suicide over his objections. "They just basically wanted me to let it go,
leave it as a suicide, and move on and take on other cases and be done with it," Berry said.

News accounts of the inquest 2 weeks ago said " most of the testimony and evidence offered at the coroner's inquest was hearsay and conjecture, which would not be admissible in a criminal trial."

If, Ronda Reynolds had the opportunity to complete the Evidentiary Abuse Affidavit in 1998, heads would be rolling and there would be arrests in Ronda's case. Her own words, not hearsay of the abuse she suffered and why she was fleeing for her life would have be captured in an affidavit and on a recorded video.

Sheena Morris case: Special Investigation on Intimate Partner Homicide

This is a rare photo captured during a happier time on January 1, 2009. Just hours after it was taken, this bathroom would become a crime scene.

The pink cup in the corner has important significance. It was used as a cigar ashtray by the man pictured in this photo, and it was still there, along with the half smoked Davidoff cigar, when police found the body of 22 year-old,Sheena Morris. Sheena was found hanging from the shower. Police, in my opinion, failed to properly log key evidence and interview the only person of interest and the last person to see her alive. Sheena Morris also worked for this man with whom she was in a relationship. With direct ties to the Genovese family, like a child on their mother's breast, from the distribution of steriods, to other illegal drugs and 2 companies operating in the State of Florida, the mini empire was now in jeopardy.

Sheena Morris had obtained damaging evidence on alleged illegal activities. Shortly before she died, the keys to her apartment were taken, she was physically attacked. You would think that the 911 call she makes to police would have an impact on the investigation, or the other facts of significance in her death that are just now surfacing, but they do not. Not even the 4 banker boxes full of files, copies of ledgers, key names and dates and other information, seen carried from the out of the apartment according to witnesses by none other than the last person to see Sheena Morris alive.

Instead, her death is incorrectly ruled a suicide by a Bradenton Beach police department who likely failed their instructional crime scene 101 class. The County Sheriff's office, who have more experience in death investigations of intimate partner homicides, should have been called in to handle this case, and because of the association to organized crime with the Genovese family.

The same person above in the bathtub photo is also that of the man suited up with the mask. This isn't a Halloween get-up either. The photo speaks for itself.

Earlier, on the "Time's Up" show (listen here) we discussed the case in greater detail with Kelly Osborn (Sheena's mother); Sol Vocarro (friend of family); and Tom Shamshak (former chief of police and private investigator).

Coverage will continue for this case next week on the the nationally syndicated The Roth Show (www.therothshow.com) on Wednesday, at 7:00 PM Eastern time, 4/20/2011.

Part 2 of this special investigation series on Sheena Morris will run on Monday, April, 18, 2011.

New Evidence is Ignored in the Sheena Morris Murder

Botched case of Sheena Morris murder – We want justice

image

-By Dr. Laurie Roth Thursday, April 21, 2011

On January 1st 2009 Sheena Morris was murdered in her hotel room, yet authorities quickly labeled it a suicide. She was hanging by her neck in the shower by one of her Yorkies’ dog leash. The crime scene was most fascinating as were the circumstances surrounding her ‘sudden’ suicide.

This week I talked with Kelly Osborn, Sheena’s Mom and Sol Vaccaro, her current and loving boyfriend and police cadet. I also had on crime blogger, survivor and regular guest, the fabulous Susan Murphy Milano Susanmurphymilano.com. Together we dug deep and explored what vividly appears to be a bold and horrific crime on many levels.

First, the crime scene

Recognized experts studied the body and crime scene and found the following facts.

The room was in a neat condition, too neat and seemingly arranged. Her suitcase was closed with something neatly folded on top. The bottoms of both her feet had sand on them, yet there was no sand trail into her room or in the shower area. Apparently she just magically appeared in the shower and hung herself with no trail or evidence of sand anywhere around her.

When the police dusted for fingerprints in the room, there were none, not even Sheena’s. According to professional investigators and Sheena’s Mom, there was no ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door and she had her beloved Yorkies with her in a hotel that was not pet friendly.

What do we know about the danger pointed at Sheena

Sheena placed a call to 911 the night before reporting domestic violence by her dangerous boyfriend. She even took pictures of her injuries, a cut on her neck, on her ring finger.

The people in the next room called 911 the night before her murder to report the domestic disturbance and sound of violence next door.

Several months before her murder she was sent a dozen red roses and 1 black rose to her Mom’s house where she was at the time. Kelly said on my show that her daughter burst into tears when she received them. When Kelly asked what the black rose meant, she said simply, “death”.

From what Kelly and Susan revealed on air, Sheena had compiled several boxes of evidence against her dangerous and criminal boyfriend. She worked for him and had been compiling information and evidence against his crimes, the distribution of steroids and other illegal drugs. She had been trying for months to get out of the relationship. All of her support network, Mother, family and new boyfriend Sol knew that he was harassing, threatening and stalking her.

Shortly before her death the keys to her apartment were taken and she was physically attacked. This was no doubt by her dangerous and criminal boyfriend with direct ties to the Genovese family.

What do we know about the criminal, stalker old boyfriend

imageHe had direct ties to the Genovese crime family. He was a criminal, building a drug empire. He had physically attacked, hurt and threatened Sheena Morris many times and knew she was compiling evidence against him.

This deadly boyfriend is still free and roaming the streets in Florida. There has been no investigation going on involving him. This is even with his attacking her the night before in her hotel room, threatening her with the black rose, being linked with a dangerous crime family and stealing her apartment key.

She was talking of her stolen apartment key just shortly before she died. That is where she had compiled all her growing evidence against him. When the police searched her apartment after her ‘suicide’ (murder), there were no boxes of evidence anywhere. Gee, I wonder who took them???

Finally, Sheena’s Mom and Sol, her devoted, new boyfriend reported seeing no signs of any depression, fear and concern for her and her family’s safety, yes. She had made plans to go visit a relative who was having a baby soon. She wanted to be an Aunt. She also was in a warm and positive relationship with Sol and making plans for the future while trying to expose the nightmare old boyfriend.

After Sheena’s murder, the deadly boyfriend was arrested some 6 months later for domestic violence with another woman.

Photo taken of the boyfriend from hell from the TMZ site of the stars, from a mug shot taken of the criminal boyfriend at a police station while being booked in Pinellas County, Florida 6/27/2009 at 12:01: 17 PM for domestic battery – 6 months after the death of Sheena Morris. Gee, what a coincidence????? Could there be a theme of behavior with this guy?

Movement in the right direction

Just two weeks ago the medical examiner’s office changed the death certificate of Sheena Morris from a suicide to now ‘undetermined.’ Crime expert and guest Susan Murphy Milano said that that alone should be enough for the Bradenton Beach police department to officially request Manatee County Sheriff’s office to take over with the new evidence in this case. It is reported that the Bradenton Beach Police and the Mayor are placating Sheena’s family and insulting their intelligence. They are now told to get an attorney if they want to talk with them anymore about their daughter’s case.

Forensic reports say point blank that the crime scene was staged and this points directly to an intimate partner homicide. The evil and criminal boyfriend roams the streets free. Maybe he can audition for American Idol or do a reality TV show on life with the Genovese family.

Someone in the Bradenton Beach police department grow a backbone and brain and investigate this boyfriend. It appears to me like a killer is on the loose. Sheena Morris and her family cry out for justice. http://www.justice4sheena.com
