The Susan Murphy Milano Show

“Time’s Up!”

Thursday, March 3

2pm-3pm:

Las Vegas Mob True Crime author
Denny Griffin

A man of many hats, Denny Griffin is a former police investigator from New York who moved to Las Vegas to “retire.”

In 1996, when Dennis was supposed to be retired, he decided to tell the story of what he learned while investigating the operation of a medical examiner’s office. It was an eye-opening experience and he felt compelled to share it with others. Dennis eventually authored a fictionalized account called, The Morgue. However, readers didn’t believe anything in the book could actually

happen, but they liked the story and his style; rough edges and all. Six more mystery/thriller fictions followed.

His lates book, “Surviving the Mob” abo
ut former Gambino family member, Andrew DiDonato is making the best seller lists. Denny is also an integral team member of the Crime Wire Investigative Bureau.
3pm-4pm:

Sheryl McCollum of Cold Case Investigative Research Institute

With over 25 years of experience and education, Sheryl is currently the Director of the Cold Case Investigative Research Institute, which is a collaboration between Auburn University Montgomery, Faulkner University and Bauder College. This collaboration brings together researchers, practitioners, students and the criminal justice community to develop new capabilities and work collectively to advance research, training and techniques in solving cold cases. The objectives of CCIRI are to provide the means, resources and guidance for Criminal Justice students throughout all Kaplan Higher Education to determine the solvability of actual unsolved crimes.

Sheryl McCollum and her students have collaborated on several high profile unsolved crimes including Chanrdra Levy, Tupac Shakur and Amber Hagerman to name but a few.

Sheryl is the author of Cold Case: Pathways to Justice along with Betsey Ramsey.

Known as the “Jane Wayne of Justice,” Susan Murphy Milano always stands up as a voice for those who are silenced in a world of intimidation and violence within their homes and in courtrooms across the country.
