Wisconsin Killer: Manhunt for Tyrone Adair

This undated photo the Dane County, Wisconsin Sheriff's Department via the Wisconsin State Journal shows Tyrone Adair. Police believe the fatal shootings of a mother and her young daughter in Madison were connected to the slayings of another woman and young girl in a nearby suburb, and authorities were searching Friday for Adair in all four deaths. Police think he is driving a silver GMC Acadia, like the one shown above.

Tyrone Adair is considered armed and dangerous so if you think you have seen him contact authorities immediately. Although police say he has relatives and friends in the Madison Wisconsin area, in my opinion it is not likely he would remain in a big city.

Wisconsin is a state with many lakes and rivers. It is a popular hunting and ice fishing state. As this is a nationwide manhunt he could be anywhere. I am hoping game wardens and smaller communities within several hundred miles put up wanted posters of this man. With holidays people may not pay attention. You have homes around the rivers where neighborhood should watch for any unusual activitiy. Up near the Wisconsin Dells, the Rock River off the Interestate and I-90. Beloit is another area where he may go because it's closer to the Illinois border. Someone like this can also pose as a homeless man staying at shelters for a night or two and then move on someoplace else with ease. And trailer parks is another area he might be found roaming around.

According to the Wisconsin State Journal Prosecutors charged Adair, of suburban Middleton, on Friday with two counts of first-degree intentional homicide in the deaths of 33-year-old Tracy Judd and 23-month-old Deja Adair, Judd and Adair's daughter.

They also consider him a "person of interest" in the killings of 25-year-old Amber Weigel and 2-year-old Neveah Weigel-Adair, Weigel and Adair's daughter.

Court records on Wisconsin access indicate he has convictions for battery and bail jumping. A woman took out a restraining order on him in 2006, alleging he stalked her, slashed her tires and destroyed her computer, phone, television and bed. And he was in paternity cases with both Judd and Weigel over the kids.

Same old excuses for this killer that he was depressed, lost his job as if that justified committing the murders.

Please pass this information with his photo and car information on as many sites as possible. If you live in the State of Wisconsin email the information from the blog with the photo to your church, agencies serving the homeless, real estate rental companies, managers of trailer parks etc.

One By One 6 women Confront Serial Rapist

As prosecutors will tell you, it is rare when a serial rapist is finally brought to justice where victims are alive and able to come forward to witness justice.

One by one, in a Wisconsin courtroom, 6 women confronted the serial rapist, calling him an animal who should die in prison for attacking them.

"You are nothing but an evil bastard," one woman said.

"I am a different person because of this monster," a second woman said.

"Today is the day you become history. I am taking my life back, and you have lost yours,"
a third woman said.

"I constantly look in my rearview mirror to see if anyone is following me," a fourth woman said.
"All of us victims have to deal with this for the rest our lives," a fifth woman said.

"(He) is a self-centered, self-serving opportunistic criminal," the last woman said.

Michael R. Huber, 33, was sentenced in Rock County Court on Friday to 195 years in prison followed by 60 years extended supervision for six felony charges of first-degree sexual assault.

The courtroom erupted in applause after Huber was sentenced. People stood and hugged. Many cried. One woman shouted to Huber, "Rot in hell," and a man shouted, "Yeah."

Huber admitted to six home invasions and sometimes rapes from 1998 to 2005, but he was only charged in two of the cases, attorneys said. He was arrested in February 2008 after a 10-year investigation.
Each of the women spoke on how the attacks changed their lives.
Raped Aug. 3, 1998, when she was 26—said she hasn't been a patient mother, loving sister or good daughter since her rape. She suffers from constant fear, nightmares, anxiety and self-doubt. She added she has had problems with alcohol and prescription drugs. Its hard to trust people or God, she said, and counseling hasn't helped.

The second victim—raped July 9, 1999, when she was 23—said that night changed her forever.
Relationships seem out of reach, she said, and it's difficult to let anyone into her heart.
Fear is constant, she said. "I don't sleep sound," she said, fighting tears. "I wake in the middle of the night. I lock my bedroom door."

The third victim—attacked Oct. 14, 2000, when she was 33—said her then 7-year-old son saved her from getting raped. Her son called 911, causing Huber to flee, she said.
The boy remembers his mom and sister being in danger, she said, and he remembers making that phone call. "My son is my hero," the woman said. "I want the world to know how proud of him I was that day."

The fourth victim—attacked May 8, 2001, when she was 31—said the incident has made her stronger. "You have changed the course of my life in a matter of moments," she said. "But I want you to know you have not ruined me." The woman, who was not raped, told Huber he is "pathetic," "pitiful" and an "animal." "I hope your own reflection makes you sick," she said.
She asked the judge to lock him in prison for life. "You will never be able to lay your dirty hands on another woman as long as you live," she said. "You will be locked up like the animal you are."

The fifth victim—raped Aug. 20, 2003, when she was 13—said the victims have to deal with their attacks forever. The teen's mother, crying in the courtroom, said her daughter double checks the locks obsessively and remains afraid. She said her daughter is tough, smart and determined not to let her rape change her. She called raping a teen girl unforgivable.
"Michael Huber robbed her of her innocence," the woman said.

The sixth victim—attacked July 27, 2005 when she was 37—said Huber bragged about his crimes and eluding police while in her home. Huber didn't rape her, but he tormented her in a cat-and-mouse game of questions about her life, she said.
Huber appeared in court shackled around his wrists and ankles. He had a shaved head and trimmed beard. He wore an orange jail uniform. He was wearing his wedding ring.
He looked forward and down during most of the hearing.
Huber told the judge and victims he had selfish desires.

"Sex with beautiful women—not rape—was my only motive," he said. "Now I see my few minutes of pleasure has caused you a lifetime of pain."

Huber, his voice quivering, said sorry to his victims, sorry to the residents and sorry to his family, including his wife and young daughter. He said he prays for forgiveness. "My greed and stupidity has ruined lives," he said.

Huber quit committing the crimes in 2005 after getting married and having a daughter according to court documents.

Judge James Daley, while sentencing Huber, said he doesn't believe Huber stopped the rapes in 2005. He said many sexual assaults go unreported. "You, Mr. Huber, should be imprisoned at least as long as these victims are imprisoned," Daley said. "For them, it's a life sentence."

Ten Years Later Murder Case Finally Solved

By Susan Murphy Milano
There is hope for unsolved cold cases, murders when law enforcement continue to work on a case, even after ten years.
Dawn Brossard was reported missing on Oct. 25, 1997, in Wisconsin.
Hardly a surprise that David Brossard, her estranged husband, was the last person to see Dawn alive. As in most of these cases where there is a pending divorce or abuse in the relationship, you don't have to look very far for the person responsible.

David at the time spoke with law enforcement acknowledging he spoke with Dawn in the parking lot of the State Financial Bank in Burlington, where she worked. Dawn's car was found locked in the parking lot.
In July 2003, nearly six years after Dawn was reported missing, recreational scuba divers found her body in the bottom of Geneva Lake, according to authorities
According to reports, the body was found in 120 feet of water, wearing the clothes she had on when she disappeared.
The keys to her car were in her pocket.
Investigators at the time said the body was held down by a weight and chain. Her hands were bound.
Sheriff's department investigators later revealed that they believed Dawn was murdered, but they declined to comment further at the time.
David offered to take a lie detector test and allowed police to search both their home and his truck, according to reports at the time, but the searches turned up nothing suspicious.
A New York City FBI team of 12 divers came to Williams Bay in September 2005 to help with the investigation.

"Another Bloody Mess"

Jennifer Vordermann, Edgerton, Wisconsin (pictured above)

Edgerton Wisconsin, is a former tobacco town located just off the Rock River, population 4,364.

It was not suppose to happen this way. A young couple in the prime of their lives, dated for five years before marrying ten months ago.

Jennifer Vordermann wad found murdered in her home. Her husband Shaun discovered by the Edgerton Police in the house a few feet away, also dead.

Shaun killed Jennifer, before taking his own life.

Jennifer's family is now demanding answers as to why help was not made available sooner to the distraught husband. His behavior since the couple's marriage became violent and bizarre. Shaun Vordermann had the classic symptons of a jekel and hyde personality. A sweet wonderful young man who changed once the couple married.

As in most abusive and dangerous relationships Shaun called Jennifer over and over when she was away, demanding to know where she was every minute.

He stalked her at work and most outside activites with childhood friends.

According to the Janesville Gazette, the family was concerned after Shaun bought a gun a few months ago, even though he'd never gone hunting.

The situation reached a head last week, when police were called twice to the Vordermann home.

On Wednesday, Shaun sent text messages to everyone in Jennifer's cell phone list through their home computer pretending to be Jennifer and saying "I need help; call me," said a family member.

When family members couldn't get through to Jennifer on her phone, they called the police. The Edgerton police log entry for the incident reads "Subject located; all OK."
Saturday night, Jennifer called police because she had received hundreds of text messages from Shaun over the afternoon, and she was afraid he would hurt himself, Ellingson said. Police arrived at 10:50 p.m. and took Shaun to the
Rock County Crisis Intervention Center.
He was released later that night.

"They kept him for 35 minutes (for an evaluation). Family members are asking 'How do you do an assessment in 35 minutes?'"

No one knows exactly what happened Saturday and Sunday, but here's what Jennifer's family have pieced together:

As police were taking Shaun away, they told Jennifer to get rid of Shaun's gun. She hid it in the trunk of her car.

When Shaun returned Sunday, Jennifer told him she was moving out. He got in her car—the one with the gun in it—saying he was going to spend the night at his mother's house.

A dangerous move for anyone involved in a violent relationship is when you give the WARNING "I am leaving, going, moving, seeing a lawyer", never tell someone who is angry, violent and threatening your plans. Prepare as best you can and get the heck out of the way, far away.

Bad idea once you have left to call and apologize to the person for leaving.

Once you are gone remain on your guard continue to look after your safety. Do not return to the residence by yourself to gather anything, unless you have an army helping you. If you want additional directions send an email to contact@movingoutmovingon.com
