A Walk For A Life Lost!

This October it will be 2 years since the 23 year old mother of two, Stacy Peterson vanished. While friends and family continue to look for her remains there are others out there alive whom desperately need our assistance. Funds are being cut for children, legal and shelter services for woman across the country. Agencies whom provide these vital and life saving services now depend on every penny to help its' victims.

Last week on The Susan Murphy Milano show we had as a guest Amy Leichtenberg. She is the mother of Duncan and Jack whom were assassinated last year by their father while on an unsupervised visatation. Allowed by our court system to slaughter innocent children. On the show Amy talked about what got her through the court system while her children were still alive she said it was the programs provided by the agency in her area. She talked about the counseling for her and the therapy and children's programs for her kids. "They looked forward to going each week and healing."

Whether you live in Kansas or California we all saw the news coverage for some 18 months before my least favorite cowardly"dickless wonder" was arrested for the murder of Kathleen Savio. I realize we cannot bring these women or their children back among the living, but, we can take action and support services that are providing a life line for victims of violence and their children.

We all watched the news coverage on MSNBC, Fox News, ABC, NBC, CNN, HLN, our local stations as they brought the horrific plight of two women's lives across our television and Internet screens Kathleen Savio and Stacy Peterson as their abuser strutted on screen saying "Stacy took off with $25,000 and a red bikini or she left with another man."

We need to send a message of hope to the surviving children of Stacy Peterson whom will never see their mother again by either participating in the event below or making a monetary contribution in honor of Stacy Ann Peterson. The information is below, please a moment to donate whatever you can.

Officers Wives Are Casualities in Husband Perperatred Homicide

When Theresa Parker a 911 dispatcher went missing, her story received national attention. It quieted down a bit until Stacy Peterson vanished and then there was renewed interest. But, for several months neither of these cases have received much attention. And my favorite "dickless wonder's" dance and addiction to the media spotlight does not count.

While former Georgia police Sgt.Sam Parker was arrested for Theresa's murder, Peterson remains uncharged. Maybe the Will County State's Attorney can consider turning over this case to a special prosecutor? Or contact the Georgia Prosecutor in the Parker case and ask for tips on how to make a "no body arrest and prepare for a trial."

Sam Parker, a former LaFayette police officer, is scheduled to have a preliminary hearing on April 17, 2009. After his wife, Theresa, disappeared in March 2007, Parker was charged with murder. He pleaded “not guilty” at a Feb. 4 arraignment, where six witnesses were called and recounted incidents where they said they were threatened by Mr. Parker or saw him behave violently. Parker will have another court appearance in May 17, records show, and both appearances will be in LaFayette with Judge Jon Boling Wood.

Each woman sought a divorce. Both of their husbands each claim their wives took a mystery trip. They both must have read the undercover detective book " how to dispose of your wife's body without a trace."

The body of Theresa Parker has never been found. And likely, never will.

The body of Stacy Ann Peterson, also has never been found. And likely, never will.

As the grand jury concludes their 18 months of ongoing testimony in the Peterson case(s) within the first week of May 2009, everyone is asking the question will Drew Peterson be charged?

Sadly, I do not have an answer.

Any news or information that continues to keep this case generating in the media and on the Internet is important.

National Media Blunder-Celebrity Status For Murder Suspect

An "important press release" hit the news wires 28 hours ago. Lead items on AOL, places like the Associated Press and hundreds shows and news wires ran a breaking news headline. The Chicago Sun-Times displayed the tabloid trash on their front page.

Everyone who covered the story fell prey to not only an abuser, but a man who threatens his family. A man who is a suspect in what police believe is a homicide. With another case from a prior relationship, now a murder.

Two, Women, Four Children without mothers and a dickless cowardly , husband of one dead woman, Kathleen Savio and the other to whom this jackass is still legally married too, Stacy Peterson makes national headlines because he got engaged to some 23 year-old.

In the same way that Illinois Attorney General, Lisa Madigan demanded the removal of the Illinois Governor, she should also demand from the Will County States Attorney James Glasgow the finding of the grand jury, the progress of the Illinois State police investigation and the status of the Drew Peterson case.

When will Peterson be arrested and formally charged in at least one of these cases is the only national headline that should be important.

Playing into the hands of an abuser, also a former law enforcement officer, is like the joker smiling at batman, in every episode allowed to get away with murder, without ever being held accountable.

Drew Peterson: A Slow News Week For The Team

As the days and hours pass in the disappearance of Stacy Peterson, the family continues
to search for her.

It appears that the legal roaster on the Drew Peterson team, who also has a domestic violence history in his own home life, has too, much time on his hands of late.

I would ask the lawyer what has he received in good old American dollars as a consultant thus far for his services to Mr. Peterson? Who uses courthouse steps as a background setting to defend someone who has yet to be charged.

It is no one's business what Mr. Taylor or anyone else is doing or for that matter receiving as it pertains to finding Stacy. And, in my opinion, if you had an ounce of compassion for this woman and mother, you would be doing everything in your power to support those looking for her .

It has been my experience through my many years involved in domestic violence cases that those who protect an "offender is because they are on familiar territory themselves. And abusers tend to group together and defend on another.

I think the Jerry Springer show antics have no business in life and death issues. And any lawyer who has that much time on their hands needs to gather better material. It's give other attorney's a bad reputation.

Drew Peterson: U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald, State's Attorney James Glascow Share a Common Thread?

Sua Sponte – It's Latin, meaning "of its own will." I am asking for United States Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald's office in Illinois , to investigate in the case of Drew Peterson, of it's own will. They have the track record and the tools to investigate this case. Grand Jury or not, the State currently lack resources and expertise.

The Will County State's Attorney's Office do not have a body, a confession or a witness in the potential homicide of Stacy Peterson. And no one in the State of Illinois since 1850, has ever been convicted of murder without a body. And a damage dance of sorts is being done with regards to Kathleen Savio's murder.

But, there is a similar case on which I base my remarks, Thomas York a Chicago Police Officer, knew enough that investigators and the State's Attorney's Office would not be able to charge him with the murder of his wife or his business partner in April of 1981.

Why? As an officer he was trained not to leave evidence. As all good seasoned police are, trained not to leave a clue.

To sustain the charge of mail fraud, the government must prove the following propositions:

First, that the defendant knowingly participated in the scheme to defraud as described in the indictment.

Second, that for the purpose of carrying out the scheme or attempting to do so, the defendant caused the United States Mails to be used in the manner charged in the particular count; and

Third, that the defendant did so knowingly and with the intent to defraud.

This in my opinion, based on research, Federal Prosecutors can charge Mr. Peterson with mail and insurance fraud. Kathleen Savio died a few weeks before she was to receive her settlement. Court documents and other related information not provided to the public regarding their divorce and the fact that Drew Peterson was already married and living a few houses away at the time, had motive. Add in the fact, Drew Peterson was a trained police officer, and a trained locksmith.

Documents pertaining to insurance, correspondence and pleadings regarding the "accidental death " of Kathleen Savio were also sent by United States mail. And that is where the feds come into this case.

State's Attorney Glascow must now look beyond a murder charge in this case. The statue for mail fraud and insurance is 5 years which comes due in February of 2009.

To The Relatives of Kathleen Savio and Stacy Peterson, my hope is that justice prevails in the deaths of your loved ones. But, to do this you must be diligent and remain on the door steps of the Will County State's Attorney's Office.

You must also send letters to Patrick Fitzgerald's office asking for them to look into your request. Then gather volunteers and begin a media campaign. Ask those stations who have given air time to both Mr. Peterson and his legal defense to allow you the same courtesy.

Prepare your remarks on paper, stand tall and allow no one to move you off the path of truth.
