In August 1972, 27- year-old Marine Sgt. William Miller returned toCamp Lejeune,North Carolina following a deployment in Okinawa. But when he arrived at the home he shared with his wife Vickie and Wendy, their 1-year-old daughter, he found that while he was away another Marine, George Hayden, had taken up residence in his house.

On Sept. 16, 1972, Miller received a call from his estranged wife to meet him onWestern Boulevard. Less than 20 minutes later, Miller was found dead in the street, shot twice with rounds from an M-16. A few days later, Hayden showed up at the neighbor’s house and took the alleged evidence Miller had collected against him. Detectives suspected Hayden of killing Miller, but couldn’t gather sufficient evidence for an arrest.

George Hayden, former Belhaven police chief, to be free man after conviction overturned

George Hayden, former police chief of Belhaven will be a free man next week. Hayden has been in prison for the murder of the husband of a woman he was living with at one time. The victims was killed on a lonely road in Onslow County late one night in 1972 and Hayden was convicted of the crime on May 26, 2010 and sentenced to life in prison.

The N. C. Court of Appeals ruled in June of this year that Hayden did not get a fair trial because the evidence presented against him was not sufficient to convict him. This week the N. C. Supreme Court refused to hear the state’s appeal so Hayden should be released from prison shortly.

David Hartley Story One Year Later Still Does Not Float

“Nearly year after David Hartley's mysterious disappearance from Falcon Lake, the man's body has yet to be recovered. CNN reports Hartley's widow, Tiffany, has sued the State Department, Justice Department, and FBI in an attempt to learn what happened to her husband.”

A year has passed when the world heard a distressed wife call and explain from a cell phone that she escaped pirates and her husband had just been shot on Falcon Lake. David Hartley was on his jet skis when the couple was “ambushed.” His body has never been recovered.

I need to clarify first Tiffany Hartley is not a widow. There is no body. A death certificate has never been signed or issued. David Hartley is a missing person. The wife is the sole witness to the craziest story I have ever heard as it relates to missing person intimate partner homicide. In my opinion, this fairy tale is pale in comparison to male offenders murdering their wives or girlfriends. Their stories would never hold water and yet for some reason hers floats.

Tiffany Hartley has sued the State Department, Justice Department and FBI? To learn what happened? Wasn’t she there?

I have said this before, if someone with common sense, a reporter or law enforcement agency takes the words from the 911 call made by Tiffany Hartley and recreates what she said happened on September 30, 2010, at a lake with jet skis, you will see what was said is in my expert opinion a fairy tale. Perhaps those whom were sued could consider saving themselves tax payer dollars find a lake and follow her script.

David Hartley is missing. Body and border patrol used in the same sentence screams foul play. A convenient cover-up for, in my opinion, cold blooded murder.

Update on unsolved case of Sheena Morris

On January 1, 2009, Sheena Morris was found dead in a hotel, hanging from the shower. Her then boyfriend was not arrested at the time, and would not be questioned by Bradeton, Florida officers for some 22 days later.

Sheena Morris placed a call to 911 hours before her death reporting domestic violence by her dangerous boyfriend. She even took pictures of her injuries, a cut on her neck, on her ring finger.

The people in the next room of the hotel also called 911 before her murder to report the disturbance and sound of violence coming from the room next door.

Shortly before her death, the keys to her apartment were taken and she was physically attacked. The keys are an important part of this case because Sheena Morris had criminal information that would implicate the last person to see her alive. It doesn't help that the dangerous and criminal boyfriend also has direct ties to the Genovese family and he can be placed at her apartment carrying out boxes with the stolen keys taken from Sheena just before he staged her death to make it look like a suicide. In March, her death certificate was changed from suicide to undetermined.

Donna Jou Case: Follow The Money

"On May 06, 2009: John Steven Burgess pleated guilty to Involuntary Manslaughter

and Concealment of Accidental Death and dumping of Donna Jou, 19,

college student into the Pacific Ocean (due to lack of evidence to prove

or disprove his statement, the court accepted his fabricated story. )"

On April 15, 2011, after serving 2 years of a 5 year sentence, John Steven Burgess, will be released from North Kern State Prison, in California. This disturbing case is not about time served, but a dangerous sexual predator who, in my opinion, willingly, like a good foot soldier in his organization, falls on the sword for a much larger and dangerous international crime ring, human trafficking, child pornography and prostitution.

In August of 2008, when Burgess is arrested and charged with the disappearance of Donna Jou, he posts $250,000 in cash as bond. This man does not have 2 nickels to his name. No source of documented income. He owns no property. How is able to post that much cash? In addition, a heavy hitter lawyer initially represents him to the tune of approximately $60,000 during some of the court hearings. That is until Burgess signs papers releasing the attorney and represents himself.

While incarcerated, does Burgess enjoy a more comfortable lifestyle? Who are the individuals filling his prison bank account so he can purchase whatever he needs? Why is he not being released on a GPS monitoring device? Why is he not being discharged and documented into a halfway facility? Why is he being allowed to go out on his own minus any accountability? Who is his parole agent?

Burgess did not register when he was mandated by the courts as a sex offender before Donna Jou vanished, so why is he going undetected back into the community? That is outrageous.

Tragically, this case from the beginning had less to do with the disappearance of a Donna Jou and more to do with money, corruption and protecting informants. Follow Burgess and his connections and you may just uncover one of the largest criminal organizations that make the mafia look like girl scouts.

Krishonda Leanne Townsend: A Victim of Intimate Partner Violence ?

What does an abandon 1997 Toyota, a karate school, social networks and specific friendships have to do with the disappearance of Krishonda Townsend, age 19 who vanished from Mineral Wells, Texas on July 4, 2010?

Is her case a random abduction? Or a carefully planned out intimate partner homicide?

An intimate relationship is a particularly close interpersonal relationship, and the term is sometimes used euphemistically for a sexual relationship. The characteristics of an intimate relationship include an enduring behavioral interdependence, repeated interactions, emotional attachment and need fulfillment. Intimate relationships include friendships, dating relationships, and marital relationships and there are individual differences in both the quality and quantity of these relationships.

In my opinion, after reviewing new information on Krishonda’s case, one or more individuals who knew her are also involved with her being taken 4^th of July night staged to look like an abduction.

On January 12, 2011, Monica Caison, founder of the Cue Center for missing persons, featured Krishonda Townsend’s case on www.therothshow.com. The following day on the "Susan Murphy Milano show Time’s UP" on last half hour of the broadcast, the case was again featured HERE. The date of the broadcast was the 13th of January.

I strongly suggest those with knowledge listen to the entire final half hour, we do everything but say the full names of those involved. Even if you have knowledge of the crime, you can be charged with obstruction of justice for not coming forward.

I am hoping that those “with information” will listen to both shows and step forward by placing an anonymous phone call to either the Cue Center or law enforcement the number listed below. Until her body is recovered and or an arrest is made, coverage will continue on this case.

Krishonda was last seen on July 4th, 2010 at 7:p.M.

She left home in Perrin,Texas and went to a friends house on US Highway 180 West in Mineral Wells Texas. She was driving her gray and purple 1997 Toyota.
Krishonda texted her mother via cell phone at 12:10 A.M and said she was on her way home. She has not been seen or heard from since.
Her 1997 Toyota was located on July 6th, 2010 in the 800 block of SE 3rd Ave in Mineral Wells,Texas
