Morgan Harrington: A Veteran Killer Remains at Large

I often wondered from the first time I interviewed Gil and Dr. Dan Harrington on a radio show, if someone of authority, “in the know “ if you will has made sure their daughter, Morgan Harrington’s unsolved murder remained cold.

A string of so called “announcements” within approximately 30 plus hours of the broadcast in 2010, suddenly released to the public. From a chief of police announcing retirement, a sketch released of the possible suspect and magical DNA.

On October 17, 2009, with a group of close friends Morgan attended a Metallica concert, never to be heard or seen from again. Items found in the parking lot of the concert, later identified as Morgan’s strike, in my mind one important question, is the person responsible for her murder in security or law enforcement? And on the show we raise and discuss facts in my opinion, that do not pass what I often term "the stink test."

At time of her disappearance, assistance poured in from all over, her remains wouldn’t be recovered until January, 26, 2010 in a remote field in Albemarle County, VA on a 700 acre Anchorage Farm. The individual(s) responsible no doubt were familiar enough with the area to hide her in this particular location. Oddly enough, a location where months before was the subject of an internal police investigation.

I am convinced, more then ever before someone out there knows what happened to Morgan Harrington. Is the person afraid to provide a tip knowing it could cause them harm? The good news about a tip, it is anonymous. Meaning it is impossible to track it back to the individual providing the information. You can call into the tip line at 434-352-3467. There is also a $150,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of the killer. Don't be fooled, he will strike again. If you know this person, you are in real danger of being harmed yourself. I am hopeful that if you do have knowledge about who killed Morgan, you will take time to download the podcast and listen to the show.
