Gail Nowacki Palmgren: Follow the Money Trail
We will discuss the case of Dr.Gail Nowacki Palmgren, 44, and the mother of two children who went missing from Signal Mountain, TN on April 30, 2011, is still without answers as to her possible location. Her case continues to be categorized by law enforcement as a “missing person’s case.” This is disturbing to me when you factor the events or “pattern of conduct” prior to April 30, 2011.
