Need Your Help & Support to Stop HB45 Allows Murderers Over 50 years old To Be Released From Prison

The Illinois General Assembly is voting on a dangerous bill, HB45. This means that any inmate, all convicted murderers serving 25 years or more for mass murder or horrific crimes like rape and murder of a child, etc - a chance at release when they reach the age of 50 which the bill calls "elderly", even if they are serving life without parole! Prisoners like Patricia Columbo who slaughtered her entire family in the name of love. Or the Ripper Murder Crew who murdered, raped and cannibalized more than 20 young women.

Victims families of these crimes have NOT been told of this bill .

PLEASE, we need phone calls and fax’s sent in to the Illinois Representatives listed below! It doesn’t matter if you are a resident of Illinois. These criminals will be out on our streets. Perhaps in your own neighborhoods, near tour relatives and children if we all don’t take a moment and “SAY NO TO HB 45”.

Be polite - be nice - appeal to their good nature - saying things like "I know that Representative SMITH will want to vote NO on HB 45 and would not want to see murderers sentenced to life without parole endangering all our families and the victims of these crimes put through hell".

But also be firm and emphatic - tell them this bill would require victim’s families who have NO idea this is coming and have not been told about this bill - retroactively it would completely RE-OPEN the sentencing in their cases 25 years after the life sentence or long term sentence for murder is given.

Tell them that this is the TOP priority for defeat for the statewide crime victims organization IllinoisVictims.org and that we will be working actively come the next election cycle to defeat any legislator who supports this bill and that we will turn out murder victims family members in the news media and in their districts to work to defeat them if they vote yes on HB 45.

States Attorneys oppose it. Law Enforcement opposes it. We are asking them to stand with victims and law enforcement against convicted murderers - these are all the worst of the worst - the ones sentenced to 25 years or more. The victim’s families and the taxpayers of Illinois are entitled to legal FINALITY in these cases and should not have to pay for a new hearing at 25 years to possibly let out a convicted murderer sentenced to life without parole. This bill means that the life without parole sentence for the worst offenses possible in Illinois would now become meaningless.

Tell them to vote NO on HB 45.

I have done the work here to get phone numbers for their offices - PLEASE EVERYONE we need a phone call this morning to each representative listed!

Escaped Prisioner "Spam King" Slaughter's Enitre Family

Convicted "Spammer"( Edward Davidson pictured above)

The bodies of "Spam King" Edward "Eddie" Davidson, his wife, and 3-year-old daughter were found in an SUV parked in a farmhouse driveway in a rural part of Bennett, about 25 miles east of Denver.

It is not surpising that officals have not indicated how Davidson escaped from a federal prision.

Hopefully, heads will role for this bloody and tragic error.
"What a nightmare, and such a coward," U.S. Attorney Troy Eid said. "Davidson imposed the 'death penalty' on family members for his own crime."

Authorities had been searching for them since Sunday, when the couple drove away from a minimum-security federal prison in Florence, 90 miles south of Denver.
Eid said that after Davidson escaped, he drove to the Denver suburb of Lakewood and got a change of clothes and cash. The house where the shooting occurred was not where the Davidsons lived, Campbell said.

Davidson, 35, was sentenced in April to 21 months in prison and ordered to pay $714,139 in restitution to the IRS after pleading guilty to falsifying header information to send spam e-mail, tax evasion and criminal forfeiture.
Campbell said deputies rushed to the farmhouse after receiving reports of shots fired. They found Davidson on the driver's side of the SUV and a woman dead on the passenger side. A girl was found dead in the back of the car, and a 7- or 8-month-old boy was in a car seat uninjured.

Campbell said a teenage girl who was shot in the neck ran to a neighbor's house for help and has been hospitalized. He said the girl had serious injuries, but was coherent and talking when taken to the hospital.
Prosecutors said that from 2002 to 2005, Davidson's business, Power Promoters, and his subcontractors would spam people's inboxes with e-mails promoting items such as watches and perfume.

From 2005 through part of 2006, Davidson sent thousands of e-mails from his home in Bennett, sometimes with false information, on behalf of a Houston company promoting a penny stock as an excellent investment, according to a plea agreement. His bank account deposits from 2003 to 2006 totaled $3.5 million, the plea agreement said.
Prosecutors said they also found about $380,000 that he had stashed in his girlfriend's bank account over three years, and purchases totaling $418,000 from a company that sells gold, platinum, palladium and silver coins.

Federal Prosecutors did not identify the girlfriend in court documents. When Davidson was sentenced, U.S. District Judge Marcia Krieger noted it was Davidson's first serious conviction, and that he was supporting three children, which documents did not identify.

Davidson had been diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. A condition of his sentence was that he undergo mental health counseling
