Superbike Shop Quadruple Murders No Mystery in Spartanburg, South Carolina?

The gruesome execution of four innocent lives in 2003, remains an unsolved cold case more than 8 years later. On February 11, 2011 the parents of Brian Lucas, Tom and Lorraine Lucas, were in the Zeus Radio studio live to discuss the unsolved murders at the Superbike Motorsports Store in Chesnee, SC in 2003.

Coroner’s investigator, Alan Mason, says sheriff’s deputies responded to a call about 3:15 p.m. and found the bodies of three men and a woman at Superbike Motorsports, a bike shop in western Spartanburg County, about 15 miles north of Spartanburg. A customer found the bodies and called authorities, Sheriff Bill Coffey said. Two of the victims were found inside the shop and two were found in the front doorway, authorities said. All four victims were shot multiple times, Mason said.

The victims are Scott Ponder, 30, of Boiling Springs; Brian Lucas, 30, of Gaffney; Beverly Guy, 52, of Spartanburg; and Christopher Sherbert, 26, of Boiling Springs.
“Mid-afternoon on November 6th, 2003, a customer found Superbike owner Scott Ponder, and his close friend, shop manager Brian Lucas, dead outside the front of the business.
Inside were the bodies of the other two employees: Scott’s mother, bookkeeperBeverly Guy, and mechanic Chris Sherbert.”

Could this have been a drug deal gone bad?  Is there a personal connection to an investigating detective on the case and a murder suspect?  Did a tipster call into the tip line and provide specific details of the murders?  Was the person who called in the information to authorities the driver (wheel man) that day?

Is the fact that a Spartanburg Detective on the case (with the initials w.g) and a close schoolmate from their days at Boiling Springs, High School, are covering-up for the alleged mastermind and shooter of the four employees the reason this case has remained unsolved?

The million dollar question, "Why hasn't anyone been arrested?"

The families have literally been circle jerked around by the Spartanburg Investigators on this case.  Here's a concept, how about the Attorney General's Office appoint a special prosecutor and/or have a fresh new set of eyes, not associated or connected to the shooter, for a proper investigation of this case.

In March of 2012, John Walsh, host of America's Most Wanted, featured the case on the program highlighting the new sketch of a person authorities are interested in finding.

The person of interest in the sketch above is a white man between the ages of 25 and 40 about 6 feet tall and weighing between 175 and 200 pounds. He had dark brown hair.

A $25,000 reward is still being offered.

Special Guest: True Crime Author Diane Fanning join us to discuss the latest on the Casey Anthony Case

The first full-length, in depth account of the Caylee Anthony case

When news broke of nearly three-year-old Caylee Anthony's disappearance from her home in Florida in July 2008, there was a huge outpouring of sympathy across the nation. The search for Caylee made front-page headlines. But there was a huge question mark hanging over the case: the girl's mother.

This is the story of one of the most shocking, confusing and horrific crimes in modern American history.

Case 1 – $25,000 WANTED FUGITIVE REWARD – RANDY “MAD DOG” YAGER
To neighbors in Gary, Ind., Randy Mark Yager was a nice guy, always eager to lend a helping hand.
But to the Outlaw Motorcycle Club, “Mad” was a vicious leader who was feared by his enemies and allies alike.
And to the U.S. Marshalls office, he is one of America’s 15 most wanted fugitives. Yager, 48, is wanted on charges of murder, arson, possession and use of explosives, possession and trafficking in counterfeit U.S. currency, robbery, burglary, trafficking in stolen motor vehicles, and narcotics violations.

Case 2 – $75,000 MISSING PERSON REWARD – LISA STEBIC
Lisa Stebic, a mother of two children who enjoyed her job at an elementary school in Plainfield, Ill., disappeared on April 30, 2007. According to her husband, Lisa left their home around 6 p.m. while he was working in their backyard. Lisa sometimes went to nearby Plainfield North High School, where she also worked in the school cafeteria, to work out on the track — but she did not go to the track that night. Lisa’s husband told police and reporters that she was a good mother who would never just walk away from her children. But as the days went by and more details about Lisa’s life started to become public, police found that they had more and more questions that needed answering.

Case 3 – $100,000 UNSOLVED CRIME REWARD – THE SHORT FAMILY MURDERS
Michael and Mary Short were found slain in their Oak Level, Va., home in August 2002. The remains of their 9-year-old daughter, Jennifer, were found six weeks later under a bridge across the border in North Carolina. Each person had been shot once in the head.

She is 3 feet tall and has brown eyes and shoulder-length brown hair. She left her home, 19 S.W. Second St. in Chisholm, about 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
Case 3 UNSOLVED CRIME – $10,000 MURDER OF CHYNNA & BLAKE DICKUS

Who is Hiding Benito Casanova & the Kids?

Police say Benito may be driving a silver or gray 2002 Dodge Dakota with Illinois plates: 86196HB.

Benito could have also altered the children's looks. Maybe changing the girl into boys clothes or visa versa so they would not draw attention. Benito has few financial resoucres and could go to a relatives home until things calm down. Maybe they are hiding out in a community where little to no english is spoken. Who knows they still might be in the area. Please consider printing off this information and posting it in your community. Perhaps consider translating this information into Spanish.
An Amber Alert has been in effect since Friday, April 18th. It is difficult to miss three children and one man. They are hiding out someplace.
Maybe they were recently at your local fast food chain like McDonalds, Burger King or Wendy's. Or a friend , relative in your community suddenly has a few house guests. No one is going to get in trouble if they come forward. But, please if you or someone you know is hiding them, you need to contact the authorities, immediately. It is likely, the children were picked up from school and told they were going to visit relatives or take a brief vacation. They also have no idea their mother has been murdered.

According to America's Most Wanted Website- Possible Locations where Benito and the three
children could have gone:

Chicago, IL
Illinois
Kansas
Kentucky
Tennessee
Texas
Louisiana
Mexico
Mississippi
Missouri
Arkansas
Detectives have issued an AMBER alert for the Casanova children. They fear they could have been kidnapped by their father after their mother's murder and they say they could be headed to his native Mexico.

"Emergency Action Alert" Bill O'Reilly, Nancy Grace, Shepard Smith , Dan Abrams, Matt Drudge, John Walsh, Glenn Beck

Justice For Becca

Rebecca McEvoy was raped and sodomized by her Step father, Police Officer Bob Ingel. Rebecca lost her life in a fatal car accident on the way to testify for the 3rd time as to the rape, and sexual assault she suffered at his hands.

On Tuesday, April 22, 2008, in Mobile, Alabama, the defense attorneys for the accused, Bob Ingel are arguing the case against their client should be dismissed. The lawyers are using the "Crawford" case out of Ohio. This says “you have the constitutional right to cross examine your accuser” and because the girl is dead and cannot testify, there is a chance the Judge may throw out the case.

The Assistant District Attorney, Steven Giardini, believes the case law should not be applied in Becca McEvoy's case.

The eleven year old testified before the grand jury on two separate occasions. There are medical reports, severe enough to make any parent outraged.

A relative, allegedly, has, in their possession, a mattress containing a match of Becca McEvoy and Bob Ingel’s DNA, from the criminal, sexual attacks.

Reports have surfaced that Bob Ingel is now in Mississippi and living with small children. At this time we are unaware if there are special considerations attached to Bob Ingel’s bond of $35,000.00. Also, it’s reported that other children have been victimized, raped, and sodomized by this former officer.

If this story is not reported, the “Rebeccas” all across this country will be affected by this ruling.

In memory of a child who fought so hard to come forward and seek justice, we are asking that you give Rebecca McEvoy a voice and report on this story, before court on April 22, 2008.
