Beth Bentley, 41 went missing on May 23rd 2010. In my opinion, after viewing various documents and interviews this is a case of intimate partner homicide. Someone who knew Beth Bentley, in my opinion is responsible for her disappearance.
Earlier today Monica Caison, founder of the Cue Center for missing persons appeared on my show "Time's Up" along with Beth Bentley’s brother Ron Michelson to briefly discuss the case.
For months rumors have been circling since she vanished.
Fact: Beth Bentley is missing. She did not just pick up and leave to begin a new life. As in each of these cases a mother would never leave her children. And at the time of her vanishing she was allegedly pregnant.
Fact: When Beth Bentley did not return home, it was her son from a previous marriage contacted the police. Earlier reports indicated otherwise, but those reports are false. Each time her son called to follow-up he was allegedly dismissed by law enforcement and told “they were waiting for tips to come in.” When the son made posters and was going to hang them around the area and at the train station, again law enforcement allegedly said “don’t bother hanging posters it’s a waste of time.”
Fact: There has been no cell phone usage since May 23, 2010 or credit card activity.
Fact: A few months after Beth Bentley went missing, a “love interest” moved into the marital home with her children.
There is more twist and turns in this case then a tornado. In the weeks and months ahead they will be revealed.
Another disturbing fact is that on September 10, 2010, a special grand jury indicted McHenry County State's Attorney Louis Bianchi on conspiracy and official misconduct charges that accuse him of using county employees and equipment for political purposes. So that translates into the State’s Attorney’s office being turned upside down.
Given the players and the circumstances surrounding this case it may take a special prosecutor to move this case in a new direction.
Fact: The devil is in the details.
On the January 19, 2011, the Police from Woodstock said “their active investigation is over.”
This case is not over by a long shot. In my opinion, it has just begun.

Once you adopt the road or street, you must register that information on the site. This effort will aid the search for Beth as it is imperative to locate information on her travels and or whereabouts. Each ADPOTED” road or street that is delivered posters door to door, will allow us to obtain knowledge on Beth and where might have been in her travels. This campaign is open to anyone who would like to help in this case.
Purpose:
The concept for this campaign is to garner the attention of the general public and media outlets in an effort to aid in awareness of a missing mother, Beth Bentley; and to help identify areas of interest to conduct future search efforts.
Objective:
To challenge citizens of the state of Illinois to participate in locating Beth Bentley who remains missing. We hope to eliminate roads, streets and highways in search of any clue or tip she may have left behind. Our ultimate goal to locate missing, Beth Bentley and afford her family a resolution.

Reminds me of MCR, a person who would admit when she was wrong, say she was sorry and meant it. A good heart. Good heart people make mistakes too and in this case we don't know yet. Also, people with good hearts typically figure out in the end who is good and who is a user. At least MCR is alive and able to learn who is good and who is a user. Not something Beth was able to learn if she is deceased. And if it happens she is out there, boy does she REALLY know and the only people I can see her coming back for would be her kids and brother.

Amanda, I'm so sorry you've had to read all this sickening trash about your mother, & of course then the attacks towards yourself. Unfortunately, that's what BBM1 does. On their wall, they are good at pretending to be a 'positive' page..but as you can see, their true colors shine through with every opportunity.
Your mother did have one goal, in spite of what others here TRY to convince anyone reading...TO FIND BETH. She was very determined, which is more than I can say for many, many of her closest friends. To the people who attacked Amanda Allison: She just told me about this page. I thought she was exaggerating when she said how crazy it is. She asked me not to post here... wanted me to "leave it alone". She's my friend and usually I would respect her wishes. This is a different situation, though. I am shocked at the lack of compassion shown here. This "blog" is a prime example of what is wrong with our country. You know nothing of her. Here I sit, in her living room, watching her homeschool her child and believe me, she is intelligent enough to do that. Why haven't we looked into AJ's connection to this? The boys said they never saw her before Beth went missing, she went to the "pool" parties, and then she overly participated on BBM2. Someone said she borrowed some money from Beth. She deeply attacked many different people including SB. Where was she that weekend? ... Hmmm, no investigation, why?
Just in case this is Melissa's daughter do the right thing and please leave her out of it. We wouldn't want our children attacked even if they were adults. And yes many many people don't like Melissa but sometimes even if we are angry with someone the wrong thing to do is to drag their children into it. Her daughter is standing by her Mother and is doing what any of our children would do. Everyone that knows me and even if you don't like me knows that I am wouldn't ever attack someone's children. IMHO everyone who saw Beth immediately before she left town and everyone that saw her that weekend she vanished should have been investigated, including SB to the ninth degree. Hopefully LE did.

It seems Allison had a "Thing" for Scott, he apparently didn't have for her. They were friends enough they went to the Mt.Vernon area looking for Beth after she first disappeared. A real-life crime show is more brief: years and years of searching, clues and leads, hunting the wanted criminal, searching for and finding the body, the villain arrested, tried and convicted -all condensed to be told to an audience within a 7-minute segment. The good guy wins… justice is served…happily ever after. Not the way it seems to work in real life… not in this mystery, not with these criminals. Not for Beth. Clues, witnesses, leads, evidence…nothing. Cold trail, cold case…Beth is still gone…The bad guy or guys are living free- free to breathe, laugh, love...Live. The hero in this case is going to be the one with the secret, the one with the knowledge of what happened to Beth; the good guy who finally, finally, finally PLEASE! comes forward to tell the truth, because keeping this secret is becoming...too comfortable and too heavy at the same time. Isn't it? It’s been long enough. What are you waiting for? It’s time to be the Good Guy, please tell the truth and bring Beth home.
Again you people are losing focus. Who are the last people she was seen with? I believe the people she was with are lying through their teeth. You need to look at her records also. Besides the men's records. They are manipulating everyone to feel sorry for them. One of them had Beth not only pay their rent but they were given money also. They are creeps. I don't understand how people can attack Melissa's daughter. It might be one thing to debate Melissa on a one to one basis but it is another thing to attack her daughter. If this had been one of our children grown up or not we would be mortifed. Melissa is having her own problems but I wouldn't attack her regardless. Melissa and I have never seen eye to eye and have had many problems in the past. But getting even and hurting her daughter is not a way. I read through all the discussions and posts today. I ask you to please take care and present kindness dealing with someone that loves her mother and is only trying to protect her. Well, the new page created by Joyce as she claims, it has a photo that by all accounts last night, was a picture of Beth and Ryan. I looked at the picture and anyone who knows Ryan, knows it isn't him. It is infact a photo of Beth and Jamie/Jimmie. Jamie, or James A. Baartz is an aspiring musician and friend of the group. I believe this photo was posted because of the context. It is a photo of Beth with a man, and it is yet another way to assasinate Beth's charachter.
This photo shows a computer screen plastered with post it notes, it was clearly taken at the Bentley law firm. Are we to believe that the creator of this page is trying to make us believe this is Beth's computer?
Perhaps it is Scott's computer, you know, the one he dosen't have and can't use. Who has access to Scott's offices to take photographs off a computer screen?
Joyce Ballard??? I am sure she does. But her name is not Joyce, It's Angela. And Angela has been known to use the poser profile Alyssa Johnston, and she has been known to use one Rachael Samuels as well.

Anyone who suggest that AJK had anything to do with BB missing is just insane. She was the best friend of BB, and any of those rumors of her and Scott are just plain b.s. Jeremy, Beth's oldest son posted on Mystery of Beth Bentley missing, and he was banned and deleted.
Imagine a site where they are looking for Beth, and they ban her son. That tells you a lot.
The women and guy who run that site are not interested in finding Beth, they are interested in acting like they are concerned.
They have not followed through with any of their promises to picket a law office or raise money for an investigator or bill boards through the miles for Beth campaign. They just like to act dedicated and torch people.
They were all excited about CUE getting involved, and what did that accomplish, nothing. Monica Caison searched the Miller Lake property and was anything accomplished .... no.
They even attacked the real site helping to find Beth, because they had the idea to include other missing people. By their deeds you can judge where they are coming from.

I read today, on Uncle Gus's blog that a person of interest is out of state... Interesting, because it has not been confirmed that Allison has moved back to Illinois. Perhaps SHE is still living out of state? Hmm... INTERESTING. Let's have ourselves a look-see at Miss Kennedy. Beth's own children did not know of her existence. Allison's only connection to Beth was that she sold her knock off purses. Allison was going to go to Las Vegas with Scott, until her husband got upset about it. She was very buddy buddy with Scott, and seemed almost as if she wanted to take care of him and the boys; almost like she wanted to BE BETH. Something seems to have happened, because now Allison hates Scott and has been accusing him of murder. Allison seems to be so obsessed with Beth being dead, that it makes you think. WHY does she continue to claim Beth is dead? WHY does she continue to claim it was murder?
A picture surfaced some months ago of Allison at a pool party with the posse and Jenn. Interesting, because Allison enjoyed bitching about how Scott was throwing pool parties. Also, Allison likes to bitch about how the posse and Jenn met on the porch of a posse member. Now, what I would like to know is... How does Allison know that, unless she was there, too? It's been said that perpetrators of a crime may either stay completely out of the loop, or they may actually become over involved in the case. Allison seems to fit the bill of over involved.
So ask yourselves...Who's the REAL person of interest, here?

When Scott started dating a new woman, that seems to be when Allison got angry with Scott and turned on him. Perhaps someone is a bit jealous?
Some time ago, a psychic named Gia was brought in. She was said to have gone into the Bentley home, and lay on Beth's bed, with Scott, and it was suggested that there was a sexual encounter. Now, I'm sure none of us are surprised to learn that Allison is the one that claimed this sexual encounter happened. Now, Allison should have done her homework because Gia is not interested in what Scott's got, if you catch my drift. Gia prefers a more... feminine... type of person. Ok, I'll say it, Gia's gay.
Allison also likes to claim that AGM has been working at Scott's law office. Also false.
Let's all take a moment to pause and think... Why does Allison hate Angela so much? Is it because Angela was chosen to be the family spokesperson, and not Allison? Is it because Angela gets to be around Scott more than Allison? Or perhaps it's because Beth like Angela more than she liked Allison?
It's been made known that Allison was in fact a client of Scott's. Perhaps she fell for him, but wanted Beth out of the way, so she could have him for herself? Perhaps she recruited some people to help her, such as Beth's other "friends"? Allison is a scary looking chick. I wouldn't wanna mess with that dinosaur.
Perhaps Allison may have gotten rid of Beth for a different reason. Not out of passion or jealousy, but out of revenge? Perhaps Allison was upset, because of her THREE, count'em, THREE failed bankruptcies? Perhaps Allison was so upset at her failed financial situation that she felt she needed to do something drastic. Maybe phase one of her revenge plan was to get rid of Beth for good, and then go after her husband. Attempt to seduce him, to make him look easy and uncaring. But when this plan of seduction didn't work, she had to go to plan B; full on accuse him of murder. Kill the wife and have the husband convicted of her murder. Good plan, right? Wrong. Allison's "I'm a sweet innocent victim of attacks and cruelty" bit has been failing more and more, these days. She's so desperate for attention that she will stop at nothing to get it.
Let's ask ourselves another question... Why did Allison accuse Angela and Scott of selling Beth's belongings, when it was ALLISON'S idea in the first place? Perhaps this was another phase in her plan to frame Scott? As hard as she tries to deny it, she cannot get past the fact that Beth's own son overheard the conversation where she suggested Beth's belongings be sold. This is the same son that Allison has since BANNED from a Facebook page dedicated to finding his MOTHER. The question I think is on most people's minds is, WHY?!
Allison claims that it was an "accident". If that is the case, then why is Beth's son STILL banned?

What does AJK do? One day a new strange "Mystery" page is set up out of the blue.
Included on this new page are a few pictures. The one that has me scratching my head is a picture of Beth and a J. Baartz. A simple click in court records show he is currently battling drug charges which is indicative of drug use. Along with the fact this proves must prior contact with Beth as they were clearly in a picture with one another. Strangely, back in the beginning; Jen Wyatt had a match.com account online. On her profile was a picture of Jen Wyatt with J. Baartz together. One with Beth and Jen Wyatt together. The photos from the new page on facebook, along with the photos from the match.com account were ALL taken on the same night.
Even more strange is the immediate defense by the MOBB page of J. Baartz. Or IS IT? Remember this:

Let me go on to clarify a few things.
If the new strange page was looking to assassinate Beth's character; like it could get worse? They wouldn't have choose this picture of her and this J. Baartz to serve the purpose the MOBB is claiming. They would have choose the picture of Beth and Jen Wyatt that Jen had posted on her match.com account. In this picture Beth's eyes were barely open. Of course her nasty friend posted this on her profile but that is neither here nor there. Jen chose the pic of herself that would be most flattering of course. But it proves my point of discrediting MOBB "theory". No, whoever choose that picture in my opinion choose it purposefully.
So what do we really know? Not much except for some random things posted online and deceitful behaviors of AJK. As an astute observer myself I would like to make special note of MOBB DEFENSE of this J. Baartz. I don't think MOBB would go as far as even defending the pope, let alone an easy target to throw into the pool of the many who have been accused of being behind Beth's disappearance even going as far down to accusing Beth's own kids of being behind her disappearance.
What do we know?
1) Sells knock off hand bags which is black market
2) Several failed bankruptcies

3)Sits at home on Workers Compensation on a trucking firm near the airports dime.
4)Won 200,000 in a lawsuit alleging civil rights violation in the early 90's
5)Accuses every person known to Beth Bentley to be responsible for her disappearance and makes up many fictional stories while running innocent people in circles.
6) Caught in MANY lies.

Allison does like to go after Angela... I wonder, did ALLISON make the page with the Beth/Jamie picture, in an attempt to accuse Angela? I've heard rumors that Allison has "connections" at Scott's office. Maybe said connection took the picture of the picture on the computer? Allison's newest crap is claiming that Angela is now working at the law office. Who knows what lengths Allison will go, to get Angela and Scott convicted of a murder that may not have even happened. I don't have a clue who created the second page. But I doubt it is AJK as whomever took the photo off of the computer included the name on a post it note that has AJK attorney name on it. Google the attorney and AJK and there you have it. I can't see her making that move but there is also another number on there that I think is a most important clue.

Let's throw out a few more facts, shall we? Allison was heard saying she would "get back at them" for the three failed bankruptcies. Seems like someone was a little angry! But then, how is it that she suddenly befriended the Bentleys and attended their parties? Why is it that she claims to be Beth's BEST FRIEND? Interesting how someone can go from such anger and hatred, to being someone's best friend.
Allison was heard suggesting that Scott sell Beth's belongings, and personally offered to sell the knock off purses. Was Allison in a sore spot, financially, and wanted her money? I'm sure Scott never saw any of the purse money.
As far as Angela deleting 3000 people from a page, that was ONE mistake that she admitted never should have happened. But what about Allison and her little cronies? They've created multiple pages, all of which they accused Beth's own husband of murder. They have deleted multiple people's posts if they didn't like what they had to say, and went so far as to ban people. They have created multiple topics in "discussion" pages, aimed at attacking Angela and Danielle. They like to claim that Angela is just out to attack Allison, yet Angela hasn't said ANYTHING to or about her. Not only were Beth's own son's posts deleted from the mystery page, but he was in fact BANNED from the page. They claim it was an accident, but Jeremy is STILL banned! Allison won't even allow other missing people groups to post in the mystery page. Sounds kinda selfish to me! The ONLY thing you ever see on the mystery page is little quotes and misquoted scriptures, going against Angela. When are they going to start talking about Beth again? When are they going to start getting the word out about Beth? When are they going to try to figure out other ways to find Beth? I'll tell you when. NEVER. They don't care about finding Beth. They only care about furthering their vendetta against Angela.

I've only posted some of my observations of this sop called search for a missing person. Everything I posted is just my opinion and does help in any way to help find BB other than to show how much of a circus was created at Beth's expense. There are no angels through all of this and that includes the lifestyle that SB & BB led. Whether you believe it or not it was risque to say the least. Doesn't diminish one bit that BB is a person and deserves to found whether or not she went off on your own or was met with foul play.
I will sign off now and hope all sides can focus on bringing awareness to the cause at hand and stop the bickering and pointing fingers of who did what and who didn't do what.

Thinking out loud here.
A small look into official records shows Beth's name to be "Ballard" for 2011. All prior records show her as Bentley but liens are now showing her prior name. Did Scott Bentley DIVORCE Beth on the sly claiming she took off? Whether he believes that she did or not; whether she deserved it or not? Was he scorned by all the new things he learned? Has happened in many missing cases sadly.
I have to admit it would be difficult to turn around and ask a community for help if many of those "rumors" are true. It would be embarrassing but sometimes you have to put the kids first and do it for them.
I make no accusations just asking a few simple questions.
Is it possible AJK thought her and SB could be together? Did she have grandiose plans to end up with SB? Did she have something to do with SB prior and then SB realized how INSANE she is?
SB new girlfriend finalized her bankruptcy two days after Beth was reported missing by her son. She filed her bankruptcy earlier that year just to clear up any rumors on that end.

Several people have said they have called CUE with a tip regarding Beth's case. I know for a fact that NONE of these tips have been turned over to Law Enforcement. And how much is CUE doing? They (Monica) were in Mt. Vernon searching for Beth for all of what, 3 hours? And didn't even tell their loyal followers that they blew through town!

I think your embarassment has you very emotional, and you came here to plead your case to try and convince everyone that you really are a nice person. You just tried way too hard to convince, which probably didn't help your cause.
You tried hard to make people believe you are innocent, and you state you took a plea because your mother was ill.
I know the law, they couldn't have arrested you to begin with if there was no shred of evidence to the various felonies they charged you with. So, you definately were guilty of something, they had evidence of something, and that's how they get you in cuffs and thrown in the klinker. But nobody spins like you do, so it's no surprise what you wrote in your post...don't believe everything the press says blah blah blah.
Evidence, they had evidence, period. You were guilty of something, you just took the plea bargain of probation rather than risk evidence being presented in court and then more jail time.
Typically, somebody takes the plea if they are told by their attorney that going to court in front of jury will more than likely get them a lot of jail time.
What strikes me as odd is, didn't you have a friend in the world, other than the Beth Bentley missing people? Family? You don't have girlfriends that could have helped bail you out? That speaks volumes, doesn't it?
You did your little Academy Award speach and thanked all those that have been nice to you. That was sweet. How come Tara figured out that Allison was lying to each and every person she talked to, but you haven't figured it out yet? Longest Answer: The people who want to dog Melissa over this are of two types (both equally disgusting). First, is the holier than thou crowd who look for anything in another's life to point at as to why they are better. Because there is a God, someday the tables will be turned and you will be in the same or similar situation (and God will smile). Second type is the internet troll who has a ton of time on their hands to sit and carp about something they really have no information about. Those in this category will jump on rumors, like GP, and run them like they are fact. Others just want to jump in and stir the shit so the smell comes back. There's just something about that smell they crave.

Lets point out some facts that, at present are undisputed.
Beth and her "friend" Jen went to Mt Vernon to hook up with a couple of Ridges. They were observed down there by several, enough to put the rumor aside that Beth never left Woodstock.
I wont even go into the life style that many in this click live. Attorney doppers and drunks amoung some other trash.... not for me to judge, just a piece of a puzzle, maybe.
Unfortunatly, Woodstock took a missing report, the person that probably should have made the report, didn't....
Anyone involved with Beth is aledged to have had consule, an attorney or the mention of an attorney if things arent presented in a sugar coated light...
Bottom line is there is a missing women, mother, wife who is portraied to have "run off"....
Take a deep breth and sit down folks, she is most likely dead.
Thats the bottom line, now who or how is a difficult task when you have to wade through all the bullshit, specially when so called "family friends" are name calling like a bunch of school playground brats.
Maybe start putting some calls into the juristictions that are responsible for doing their job, i.e. Jefferson County Sheriff's Dept., Mt Vernon Police Dept. because it is not a Woodstock Police case, other then the preliminary report that she was missing. Once it was determined that she was down there, they became a support to those down there.
Now going back to the death of Beth, two questions, was it accidental or interntional?
Accidental has slowly given way to the interntional, just my thought. People who were present either directly or indirectly would be falling to what is right, at least considering her real family's nightmare.
Interntional: well the some huge motives and players in that one, hell there have been a lot of convictions that have stood throug many appeals with less.
The truth is, she's gone and there are many involved, more so, many that may not realize that their invovled. They should take a step back and stop listening to the bullshit that their "friends" are trying to convince them of.
Im sure, as in any major case, the one who comes first and come honest gets the deal, the ones that sit back and say they'll never tie me to it are the ones who will fall....

Just something I have been reflecting on...
If you were to get served a long series of lousy meals at an expensive restaurant would you care how hard the chef did or didn't work? Indeed if the meal represents the chef's most honest effort that's only a better reason for firing him, since working harder at his craft obviously isn't going to do any good.
Unfortunately for this matter we have bad chefs investigating and trying to threaten confessions out of the supposed guilty.
And in the end, maybe we should just choose to eat somewhere else.
I guess at first Walmart seems like a good place to buy a lot of shit products, with some good mixed in, at a cheap price.
Now as everyone wants to buy cheap as possible, the more they save, more more they demand cheaper pricing....
This has nothing to do with much, but looking at it that way, guess its trickled down to the importanat things in life....
When asked, the law enforcement agencies in and around Mt Vernon do not have the resources to conduct what they are suppose to...
