Singer Chris Brown Denied Singing For His Supper

It seems that Chris Brown will not be able to sing for his super anytime soon in Europe. The convicted felon was turned down on his Visa application and denied access into the United Kingdom.

According to a statement released by officials:

"We reserve the right to refuse entry to the UK to anyone guilty of a serious criminal offense. Public safety is one of our primary concerns."

Maybe Chris Brown thought European's don't read the news too closely in the States or are more forgiving of cowardly men who beat women within an inch of their lives?

If you recall, back in February 2009, while he was driving, the couple had more than a heated exchange of words. Chris Brown took his anger and rage and beat singer Rihanna bloody with his bare fists. Brown continued by shoving her head against the passenger window the car. This piece of human garbage bit her left ear (only an animal does that) and, in abuser style, Brown continued to beat "the love of his life throughout her body and then placed her in a head lock while he continued driving his car.

Does this sound like words to a song?

No one can take away the incredible talent of Chris Brown as a performer and actor, and this is not about selling records or being able to sell tickets at concerts. It is about a serious criminal act of violence.

During the Chris Brown's interview on Larry King last year with his mother and attorney Mark Geragos by his side, I did not hear one sentence acknowledging what he did as a crime. With attitude, it was more about "hey I got caught", "I turned myself in," "I can influence the community," and my favorite abuser line " this is a private matter." No! Mr. Brown, this is not a private matter where you almost kill another human being and get away with it. It is a crime! Chris Brown's words sounded as if he had an accident in his boxer's and need to change into a clean pair.

Domestic violence  takes places 365 days a year, 7 days a week. This initial story only broke because it was between two celebrities.

Although we in the United States are willing to easily forgive and forget when someone of notarity commits a horriffic criminal act of violence against another human being, the U.K. showed us didn't they? They showed us it does not matter how popular or famous a person you are or how much revenue you can generate. If you are Joe the singing waiter or Chris the singer, you ain't singing for your supper on their soil!

I am writing concerning a case here in Mobile, Al. that involves my recently deceased baby cousin Becca. Becca died this past Jan. 14, 2008 as a result of a car wreck. She was seriously injured and stayed on life support for 10 days from which she never recovered. Unfortunately her death came while awaiting Grand Jury in Mobile, Al.

Before her death Rebecca suffered over a year of rape & sodomy and other unspeakable acts allegedly, from Bob Ingle. He was her step-father/cop at the time of the abuse.

The reason for my concern now, is that an even greater injustice may occur due to her untimely death. Because of " Crawford Versus' Washington "a law that not only supports the right to cross examine the victim but, also stops a lot of important, testimonial evidence.

In cases such as Becca's this law stands in the way of justice. Under "Crawford" statements made to police, the grand jury, social services and the medical community are being thrown out in courts across the Country.

The law is clearly working backwards for the victims of sexual abuse. It stops police reports, counselor’s statements, and often-medical personnel from being used in these cases. Everybody has a 6th amendment right under our constitution. Under "Crawford" they meaning the court, have taken away almost all the victims rights.

Certainly, in a case such as Becca's where the victim is no longer available for cross-examination due to death. I find it quite disturbing that our system puts these children through the whole process of exam, counseling, and police statements and then does not even accept it in the court of law.

I would like to see Crawford amended and a law enforced for victims like precious little Becca. At age 9 she had no rights because, he took them from her and still he has more rights under our backwards justice system that works in the favor of the perpetrator.

I am requesting National media attention on this case because; at the last court hearing the police statements and counselors have been thrown out due to Crawford. Our family has suffered enough and now we are asking for the public's help, due to this flawed judicial system.

We need a "Becca's law" stating that in cases where the victim becomes deceased the testimonial evidence has to be accepted - an exception to the Crawford rule. This needs to be one so, we don't invite perpetrators to kill their victim's in order for Crawford to work in their favor.

I cannot believe a law that promotes so much more crime could have been passed. If Crawford remains on the law books, there will likely be more killings when our justice system fails these children.

Criminals take the current laws, bending them to fit their own guilt, manipulating the legal system, as their own "get out of jail free card". The current laws do not protect our children. Perpetrators will be encouraged to kill the victims!

Becca McEvoy 's life was interrupted . This child deserves our attention. If just for a moment, this brave young child has sounded her angels trumpet and this case is now playing out for the world to finally hear.

We want Becca's last wish fulfilled. Including, the trial against alleged sexual predator and former police officer Bob Ingel. And other pedophiles must be brought to justice, punished for such horrific crimes of children under the age of twelve.

Please, help us with this very important matter before it's too late.

Drew Peterson: Camp Marshmallow: Day # 168

Today, marks one hundred and sixty-eight days since the loving Mother and wife of former Bolingbrook seasoned Veteran crime fighter vanished.

On day, one hundred and sixty three, the country watched as Mr. Peterson and his legal marshmallow roaster made an appearance on Larry King. A well rehearsed and scripted show was no surprise. The public relations team did an excellent job with Mr. Peterson.
Coaching pre-scripted and rehearsed responses. Did you notice how Mr. Peterson spoke about Stacy in the present tense? As if she were just around the corner? Or how the public relations team coached Mr. Peterson to focus on negative comments. (by the way that is a classic offender by the text book response). Or, Mr. Peterson's other responses during most of the interview

are not unqiue to "serial offenders" in abusive relationships.

I suspect the legal roaster team thought long and hard when Mr. Peterson responded to a question about his current wife saying "Stacy loves male attention. She could be dancing someplace". Well, that shows compassion for the mother of ones children, doesn't it? And what does that really say about the character of Mr. Peterson?

And what about Larry King? Where were the important questions? Or did he too, agree for the love of ratings, to follow a script?

Questions no one seems to be asking as an example:

Mr. Peterson when is the last time you saw Stacy alive and what were you doing?

Mr. Peterson can you provide a time line for yourself on October 28, 29, 2008?

Mr. Peterson you stated that Stacy left with $25,000 in cash and a red bikini. How did Stacy leave? By a cab, Did someone pick her up? Did she call a limo service? Did she drive herself? If she drove herself she could not have gotten very far, her gas tank was nearly empty, wasn't it? The $25,000 was that in colored monopoly money from the board game or real cash? Was the money all in one hundred dollar bills?

Mr. Peterson what about her purse? Twenty-Five Thousand dollars does not all fit into a wallet, or does it? She didn't take her purse and credit cards, what do you make of that?

If you know she left with money and a bikini what time was that?

What were you doing at the time she took off? Where were the children?

Stacy did all the grocery shopping, didn't she run to the store prior to leaving for her "trip" to pick up baby diapers?

Why did you have the neighbor (who you indicate you do not like) suddenly want to watch the children? Where did you have to go in such a hurry? Didn't you also meet the stepbrother at around that time?

Why would a "troubled" person make up any kind of story about you?

Why did you ask Rick Mims to pick up Stacy's car at the airport?

Where were you went Cassandra made contact with you? Were you home? Out and about? What?

You met Thomas Morphey within twenty fours hours of Stacy vanishing, when did you call him the night before, that day. Was the meeting planned well before just to see one another?

Your so insistent that Stacy is with someone or now as you stated she could be dancing someplace, have you gone out and searched for her at various locations you think she might be?

This private investigator you hired, what exactly have you hired them for?

The investigator has had many months on this case, what have they turned up, so far?

Do they provide you with monthly reports of their progress? What have they said?

Mr. Peterson, the morning of the 28th of October, did you and Stacy have a fight or an argument? Weren't your children in the home at that time?

Mr. King and the producers failed to ask important questions. It would not have mattered if Mr. Peterson & company walked off the show.

The right thing would have been to seek the truth and that just did not happen.

That in and of itself is the tragedy!
