Unearthing The Truth in Suspicious Death, Murder and Billy's Law:The Susan Murphy Milano Show Live June 16, 2010 at 4:00 PM EST and 3:00 PM Central

Our guests today on the show are: Janice Smolinski, whose son, Billy has been missing under suspicious circumstances since August 24, 2004. If ever there was a missing person’s case where everything could go wrong, it did for the Smolinskis. From a police department who was reluctant to take a report, to losing precious DNA evidence several times, to Jan herself being arrested, fingerprinted with a mugshot, and sued. All of these circumstances did not sway her from her faith and her hope that Billy will be found and justice will be served. Her son's disappearance led her to knock on the doors of her Congressmen and with her determination and the help of Congressman Chris Murphy, The Help Find The Missing Act (Billy's Law) was introduced. http://justice4billy.com/
