Intimate Partner Homicide Investigation: Sheryl McCollum, Holly Hughes and Susan Murphy Milano-Monday October 11, 2010 at 9:00 PM Eastern Time

Tonight IPHI and Websleuths.com features the cold cases of Landon Edwards and Billy Smolinski

Landon Edwards, or "Hopper," was found dead at his home located in Guymon, Oklahoma on August 30th, 2008. His girlfriend claimed to have found him upon awaking at 8:38 A.M.. He had supposedly hung himself less than 10 feet away from where she slept, in a room that had no door between her and the victim. The facts speak for themselves. The victim's position at the scene was neither factually or pictorially supporting of a self induced death, suicide. On the contrary, the facts, pictures, events starting in the evening hours of the 29th of August, 2008 leading up to the time of death, strongly support just the opposite: homicide, setup to support suicide. Joining on the show is his mother Carla.

The unsolved intimate partner murder of Billy Smolinski, 31, who vanished on August 24, 2004. We will be joined by his mother, national missing persons victim rights crusader Janice Smolinski. And she will also explain the "The Help Find The Missing Act" that will impact how missing persons cases are handled.

Your hosts Holly Hughes former Atlanta Prosecutor turned defense attorney, Sheryl McCollum, Director of Cold Case Investigative Research Institute and Susan Murphy-Milano, Violence Expert and Author of the new book "Time's Up" have joined forces to bring new eyes to cases of intimate partner homicide. Intimate Partner Homicide Investigation gives these cases a front and center seat instead of a back door crime occurring behind closed doors.

The show is sponsored by the interactive crime and news site Websleuths.com
