When baby Alya was reported missing in Maine on December 17, 2011, by her father, no one would've believed how this child all of 20 months-old, while alive, suffered at the hands of those who were suppose to love and protect her.
State Police in Maine and the FBI have done a stellar job at keeping facts of their investigation about this child's case out of the media, they have been Alya's voice.
No one believe's she's alive, especially now, says Statement Analysis Expert Peter Hyatt with the information discovered that the" child's father took out of $25,000 life insurance policy shortly before he reported her missing." Purchasing a life insurance policy for a child is not illegal. But, it is not normal and highly suspect when an unemployed father does this just before Alya vanishes. We spent the hour on today's show discussing the disturbing events from the child's own blood being found in the home to bruises and a broken arm suffered during her brief life. The facts discovered ultimately changed the investigation by law enforcement from missing endangered to the now missing homicide case of a child.
Isabelle Zehnder, journalist is reporting tonight Baby Alya's mother who did not have custody of her daughter at the time of her disappearance is planning on suing the state of Maine for endangering her daughter.
There are too many missing young children from baby Lisa who vanished on October 11, 2011 inside her Kansas city home to Sky Metalwala who vanished and was reported by his mother on November 6, 2011 from the State of Washington, she claimed he was locked in her car and left on the road. Who leave's a 2-year old child in a car unattended? Every single one of these cases has a very important key element, the last person to see them alive, their parent.

Peter Hyatt is a Statement Analyst-in other words, he cuts through the crap and lies to help law enforcement get to the truth. He joined Susan to give us an update on what he’s found out about the case, tell if law enforcement is any closer to the truth, and gives some tips on how liars can be revealed.

People really need to do better with who they choose to date, mate and relate with
ReplyDeleteTheres a lot of couples who do not belong together
This is a tragic case just like the hundreds of thousands of cases, which as well as you know most cases relating to children have something to do with the negligence of a parent or both parents or another family member
And I think one of the reasons why LE doesn't do as much or takes awhile to click in them is that they hear so many of these cases and give the excuse that its not as important as the rape or homicide of another person
Ive heard though that if a missing persons case is turned into a homicide case, they tend to get some more action out of it
Like atty RK Hendrick said before, when couples decide to move in, they need to sign a co habitation agreement for at least 3 months
There are so many problems with relationships/marriages that some places require you to be married for 3 months
Tony Robbins said people need to know each others rules and values if they expect a positive relationship
Why am I saying this?
Because at least you have a better chance of stability
That these kinds of things dont happen
These 2 people were drug addicts...no stability
Fighting
It was probably also an unplanned pregnancy
Maybe there needs to be more laws put in place that requires couples to have to do certain things or maintain a certain basic criterion that they have to meet before they decide to have kids
Cos these kids will live in a hell if with unstable parents
But there needs to be more cooperation with law enforcement and witnesses and media, etc
NO DRUGS NO DRUGS NO DRUGS NO ALCOHOLICS
MUST HAVE STABLE INCOME AT LEAST A YEAR
MUST NOT LIVE IN FILTH
NO CRIMINAL HISTORY FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS OR SO
MUST TAKE PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION
MUST HAVE BACKGROUND CHECKED
MUST TAKE STATEMENTS FROM WITNESSES LIKE FAMILY
If at least half of these things were implemented there wouldn't be so many heart breaking cases that flood the courts
People have it too easy in this country with not enough harsh punishments for crimes
Ayla Reynolds is a beautiful child and I pray whoever took or harmed her will have a hellish life before going to hell in the afterlife. I am constantly going on line looking for an update but nothing since the end of January 2012. This little girl is on my mind constantly and I feel sick when I think of how long she has been missing and still nothing. We need the death penalty in the US for anyone who harms a child. Enough with the slap on the wrists. We have so many babies missing it is heart sickening. I don't care if the law finds out it is the parents, death penalty that's it. No one has the right to harm a child or anyone for that matter. If we don't get tougher laws in our country we will continue downhill. It's a pitty that our country does not protect the young or the seniors.
