Topeka City Council Votes to Decriminalize Domestic Violence

Today, the city council voted to legalize domestic violence in Topeka, KS. You read correctly, domestic violence is now legal in the city of Topeka.

Those who opposed in the final vote were:
  • Denise Everhart
  • Richard Harmon
  • Larry Wolgast

The City Council members who said the lives of victims and they children have no importance, not in their city anyway:
