What does an abandon 1997 Toyota, a karate school, social networks and specific friendships have to do with the disappearance of Krishonda Townsend, age 19 who vanished from Mineral Wells, Texas on July 4, 2010?
Is her case a random abduction? Or a carefully planned out intimate partner homicide?
An intimate relationship is a particularly close interpersonal relationship, and the term is sometimes used euphemistically for a sexual relationship. The characteristics of an intimate relationship include an enduring behavioral interdependence, repeated interactions, emotional attachment and need fulfillment. Intimate relationships include friendships, dating relationships, and marital relationships and there are individual differences in both the quality and quantity of these relationships.
In my opinion, after reviewing new information on Krishonda’s case, one or more individuals who knew her are also involved with her being taken 4th of July night staged to look like an abduction.
On January 12, 2011, Monica Caison, founder of the Cue Center for missing persons, featured Krishonda Townsend’s case on www.therothshow.com. The following day on the "Susan Murphy Milano show Time’s UP" on last half hour of the broadcast, the case was again featured HERE. The date of the broadcast was the 13th of January.
I strongly suggest those with knowledge listen to the entire final half hour, we do everything but say the full names of those involved. Even if you have knowledge of the crime, you can be charged with obstruction of justice for not coming forward.
I am hoping that those “with information” will listen to both shows and step forward by placing an anonymous phone call to either the Cue Center or law enforcement the number listed below. Until her body is recovered and or an arrest is made, coverage will continue on this case.
I would like to send a special message, more like a code, for those in the know on this case-is this really worth free karate lessons? And please take note of the tag words associated with this post.
Details of Disappearance
Krishonda was last seen on July 4th, 2010 at 7:p.M.
She left home in Perrin,Texas and went to a friends house on US Highway 180 West in Mineral Wells Texas. She was driving her gray and purple 1997 Toyota.
Krishonda texted her mother via cell phone at 12:10 A.M and said she was on her way home. She has not been seen or heard from since.
Her 1997 Toyota was located on July 6th, 2010 in the 800 block of SE 3rd Ave in Mineral Wells,Texas

I read about this case on another blog and have been following along here for a couple of days. I have to say I am just dumbfounded by some of the responses by the "friends" allegedly last seen with the missing girl.
Persons seen as "escaping from the law" or "above the law" are sometimes the targets of vigilantism. Hopefully, this would be of the non-violent type, seems there is too much violence in your town, mostly by these types who have posted here. A simple google search to the Mineral Wells Index was very informative.
Just thinking out loud here, I reviewed the latest posting on the classifieds and I have to wonder if those are more clues? Didn't catch it on the first few times I read it but there is something interesting in it.
I guess I am not surprised in this case there is a person gunning for justice. Seems many of you feel you are above the law, your writings here alone prove that statement.

We WAS never partying on the boat that day/night okay there was only me shonda Toby and his kids okay we stayed out there for a little bit then came to my EX boyfriends house to eat shonda eat two hot dogs while i took a shower and as soon as i got out my twin called me to come get my son shonda was on the computer and i asked her if she wanted to ride so we left me and her went and got him then headed back to my Ex boyfriends house but we went by jp house to see if my sister M.S was there cause she had my car well we stopped to see where she was and we never got out we WAS there for only about a few seconds that's it jp told us she went to ez mart so we went up there as we turned in they was leaving and we talked to them by the air pump the cops knows this all to they seen us on the cameras we WAS there for about 2to3 min. Then we left and went back to my Ex boyfriends house and we got out in went inside and she said okay chubbs Im going home and i said you can stay the night if you want to she said no mom will get mad if i don't come home i said text me when you get home she said okay so she left and we watched. Her leave and then we went to bed i hard my phone goes off 30.min. Later and i said o its just shonda tellin me she made it home morning came her mom called....

I think it's funny y'all have no clue what you are talking about. Whoever posted that about Cowboy on Craigslist has got to be just stupid. My family we are crazy rowdy fun and most are outlaws, but just because we get loud or party does not mean we are the ones that took Shonda. There is a couple of things that need to be said here. I know that anonymous is not just one person it is several. So to everyone that want to slam the family well shame on you. Shonda is very loved. And did you notice I said "is" and not "was" because for some reason everyone has her already dead. She might be or she might not be only
God knows that. Not you, inless you had something to do with her that night after she left T.S. house. And I believe she did.
Second, don't start stating facts tell you have them. That is why they are called "facts". That is for everyone. As long as the police, family and just a couple of other's know than that is all that matters. If you want to talk go ahead. You only make the rope tighter.
For the polygraphs well truthfully they don't even stand up in a court of law. So even if everyone that took them failed all that does is give more questioning. Not nessisarly in jail. And more have taken them than anyone knows.
Just remember, know the facts before you post something that will eventually or possibly have you in court for slander. That would not be good for any of you. Have a good night.

You are fair game otherwise. That is part of Ranting and Raving. That's how it works people. That is one of the common sense rules. Don't be surprised when that occurs. Slanderous, hardly. There are several parts to a Slanderous Liability suit. To highlight just some of those parts. You have to prove within a reasonable doubt the Defendant had intent and was malicious in Slandering your Good name and reputation. Another part of the many would be that by stating something false about you the defendant has caused irreversible damage to your good name. Another part is to prove you have a good reputation that could suffer damage to start with. I don't think any of us on this forum qualify for this type of suit. Basically, if you don't like it don't post here and don't allow yourself to read it. Don't allow me to hurt your feelings.
As far as searching the Brazos River areas, No Shit! The problem is Law Enforcement doesn't have the time or man power or Monetary Budget to carry out such a large task. Our taxes will not cover the man hours and Fuel expenses and other cost associated with what you are asking of Law Enforcement. There is not that much money in the coffer. We are broke. Now if information were to become known on an area of concern, that would be a different matter. Give MWPD and the other Law Enforcement Community involved a sufficient reason to believe a discovery of evidence could be located in an area. They would surely search the area. But not every dirt road leading to the Brazos River in Palo Pinto County. Not gonna happen in a short time period. No money available for that type of search. Actually the general public has no knowledge of all the areas that have and will be searched. A ranting placed on this forum by an idiot doesn't qualify. There are probably lots of bodies dumped around the Brazos River. Natural causes, drownings and others. They will all be discovered in time, just don't have the money to look for them every day.

I have personally worked with the law enforcement around here and I am very pleased with how they handle things. I guess if you are one of the many drug users, drunks, murderers, violent, or dumbass ppl they have to deal with everyday then I guess you wouldn't like them. If you all think this is a piece of cake then get off your butt and solve this case, remember there is award money in it for you, may be that will encourage you. I think all the finger pointing is doing nothing, the only way you can say who did what is if you were there and have proof to back it up. Everyone needs to look on the bright side:
1. The craigslist && a few other contraveral posters (as asinine as they may be) ARE generating conversation && interest in Shonda's case... That could be a good thing.
2. Ignore the rants and accusations of this person. For one thing he/she is not anonymous. He/she has an ip address cops can trace if they felt this person had any information they needed or didn't have. Some of the accusations are just asinine. Some make us think. But for the most part, just ignore them. No one should take anonymous post on a blog or elsewhere to seriously or as 'fact' (esspecially if the person admits to have contempt for someone involved)
Let's just keep the focus on Shonda. Let's look on the bright side that people are still taking intrest && looking for her. Let's be thankful for the truly concerned citizens who are getting the word out, thinking, talking, researching the case, discussing ideas, searching && supporting the families.

Wow! Just read the Craig's post. Reads almost like an affidavit. There is a topixnews post for MW dating back to July 12th that implicated two of the boys mentioned in the Craig post plus another in Shonda's disappearance. There is another girl mentioned in the "clues" at the beginning on here who dated JP Simmons for a long time and felt burned by him. I wonder if she has been polygraphed? Law Enforcement has her name, I'm sure.

Per TS, she claims Shonda used the computer real quick right before she departed in her car on her way home. So if the video reads 11:20pmish as you claim, there may just be a little truth to this little ditty. There is always some truth in every lie now isn't there? Shonda did use the computer before departing then? But she would have been home had she departed like TS claimed by the time she actually sent the text off to her mom?
